Make these bad guys disappear America

Tinker:

I am starting to see the tide turn against the bad and unfair people peddling phony bad behavior charges towards the innocent. I also keep hearing some of the American news media outlets trying to stem the movement of that tide as it seems to be turning against their self interest television hustle.

A lot of people have been wondering what has taken the American people so long to begin pushing back on the race baiters, political hacks spreading lies and misdirection for power sake, like a out of control
narcissist. No!  I do feel that the tide is turning in the right direction now.

Alexander Hamilton federalist papers has won the day in today's United States, making the federal government the last word in law and government in this United States.

Thomas Jefferson argument that more control by states government should be given more influence in Washington DC running the United States government just is not how the United States government works today.

Gun control has been resisted all these years by the American citizens because of the second amendment to this country's US construction.

The struggle of the federal government to control guns in the hand of John Q public is about that struggle between government control for control sakes, or to really control the use of guns by the American citizens.

Barack Obama is turning out to be just another Northeast parrot talking about a lot of liberal point of views. Obama has the polish of a teleprompter reader only, a man with out substance. Because he was merely carried along through the Northeast blue blood ivy league university system of power, a creature of the Northeast political power structure, nothing more then that.

That is mainly why I am against gun control because I believe that the politicians running Washington DC are just using the use of guns by the American people because those Washington DC politicians are always after any issuer to further their political power over John Q public.

That is why I will always vote against gun control, whether the Washington DC politicians and news media like it or not. I hope that the American citizens throughout those 16 republican politicians who voted for more federal government gun control. As a warning to all the other political control freaks trying to gain an advantage over the American people for political power only.

I think that the American people should always fire more hypocrite political hustlers that are working in Washington DC. Because that will only help the American people to hire the right  government employees working in Washington DC.

Love at first sight within the image of their presents shocking our senses that captured what we see and hear. God what a beautiful person, liking us, inviting us, flattering us to be with them. I feel so lucky.

Make these bad guys disappear America, the self serving go along to get along corrupted hand in glove politicians. That keep holding the true spirit of the brave American people back.

National Association for Gun Rights National Association for Gun Rights

Colorado -–(Ammoland.com)- Yesterday, on the vote to proceed to debate on President Obama’s anti-gun agenda, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid succeeded in overcoming Senator Rand Paul’s filibuster.

And 13 NRA “A Rated” Republicans and 9 “A Rated” Democrats voted to help him do it (Plus 2 more NRA “B Rated” politicians).

I’m going to give you a list of these wolves in sheep’s clothing shortly, but our job now is crystal clear — let these turncoats know that any gun control that passes now is their fault.

But first it’s absolutely critical you know where this fight is now headed . . .
Unfortunately, the timing of the coming fights is extremely difficult to predict at this point.
So you and I must be on guard every second.

EVERY United States Senator needs to feel even more heat from Second Amendment supporters.

You see, even among the 31 Senators who stood with Rand Paul for the filibuster, there are some who are scared of Harry Reid and the media that they may cave in on some kind of insider deal.

Right now, the United States Senate could take up for discussion three amendments to S.649 as early as this evening, including:
  • *** The Feinstein Gun Ban, targeting rifles, shotguns and even handguns;
  • *** Magazine Bans, outlawing the importation, manufacture and sale of magazines holding more than just a handful of rounds;
  • *** The so-called “Toomey-Manchin” Universal “Background Check” (NATIONAL GUN REGISTRATION) Bill, which was actually written by Chuck Schumer (D-NY).
  • The S.649 language itself — even apart from all of these amendments — includes ATF Witch Hunt provisions designed to terrorize gun owners.
With Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid now calling the shots after invoking cloture on Senator Paul’s heroic filibuster of the motion to proceed, he holds all of the cards as far as timing.

If a vote becomes imminent, rest assured I will alert you IMMEDIATELY.

But there’s one thing I can assure you.

If you and I are going to hold off this madness, we’re going to have to fight back like never before.

It won’t be easy. I believe we can.

But the truth is, all of these assaults could have been turned back this morning.

In fact, if any bad legislation ultimately is passed into law, the blame can be laid at the feet at the following Republican turncoats who voted to end Senator Paul’s filibuster, including:
  • Lamar Alexander (Tenn.) – NRA A rated
  • Kelly Ayotte (N.H.) – NRA A rated
  • Richard Burr (N.C.) – NRA A rated
  • Saxby Chambliss (Ga.) – NRA A rated
  • Tom Coburn (Okla.) – NRA A rated
  • Susan Collins (Maine) – NRA C+ rated
  • Bob Corker (Tenn.) – NRA A rated
  • Jeff Flake (Ariz.) – NRA A rated
  • Lindsey Graham (S.C.) – NRA A rated
  • Dean Heller (Nev.) – NRA A rated
  • John Hoeven (N.D.) – NRA A rated
  • Johnny Isakson (Ga.) – NRA A rated
  • Mark Kirk (Ill.) – NRA F rated
  • John McCain (Ariz.) – NRA B+ rated
  • Pat Toomey (Pa.) – NRA A rated
  • Roger Wicker (Miss.) – NRA A+ rated
13 of these Senators have NRA “A-ratings.”
This is how the game is played in Washington, D.C.

And if you and I are going to retain any semblance of freedom in this country, the LIES politicians and any group that covers for them tell are going to have to be exposed for what they are.

That’s exactly what the National Association for Gun Rights has done during this fight — and exactly what we will continue to do.

The good news is, this fight is far from over.

If filibustered, each amendment will have to receive 60 votes to pass.

Then the legislation will have to overcome the 60-vote threshold to proceed to final passage through the Senate.

Perhaps the greatest danger is an insider-cooked “grand deal” that will include some token pro-gun “sweetener” — a minor protection or fake step forward on gun rights to make it easier for supposedly “pro-gun” Democrats and weak-kneed Republicans to sell to their constituents — wrapped around BIG gun control changes.

An example would be a mental health protection for veterans.

Another (bad) idea is a national concealed-carry reciprocity law, handing our federal government control over state concealed-carry laws.

President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder want more say over who can’t buy guns.

And they want more names of those who do, so they can set the stage for what every gun owner fears . . .
Ultimate CONFISCATION.
They’re doing everything they can to lay the groundwork for that tragic day right now.

I will keep you updated on any new developments as soon as they take place.

LSU's Miles must stop hiding behind system; boot talented, troubled Hill

July 14, 2013 12:16 PM ET

There's no questioning Hill's on-field skill, but off-field issues have hounded him. (USATSI) There's no questioning Hill's on-field skill, but off-field issues have hounded him. (USATSI)
Jeremy Hill is a violent predator. He's a repeat offender. And he's on the football team at LSU.

Why is Hill a violent predator, with multiple convictions at age 20? Because something's wrong with him.

Why is he still on the football team at LSU? Because something's wrong with LSU.

Hill doesn't belong at Tiger Stadium being celebrated by 92,542 LSU fans, but if the courts in Louisiana won't lock him away, far be it from LSU coach Les Miles to keep him away. Miles earns $4.3 million a year to win football games, so he's not into doing the right thing. He's into doing the winning thing -- and Jeremy Hill helps him win. Hill is a great running back but a scary guy, viciously indiscriminant, guilty of preying sexually on a girl and preying violently on a young man.

Hill pleads guilty Bar fight lands LSU runner in trouble again
In January 2012 Hill pleaded guilty to having "carnal knowledge" of an underage girl. The crime happened when Hill was a high school senior in Baton Rouge, a 6-foot-1, 220-pound football star, a man of 18.

She was 14.

Baton Rouge police said Hill pressured her into a sex act -- and Hill wasn't alone. Another 18-year-old, Avery Tate II, was with him when police said they pressured the girl into performing oral sex on them in the Redemptorist High locker room.

Les Miles gave him a scholarship -- Hill was a four-star recruit -- and then gave him the football. Miles doesn't care what kind of person Jeremy Hill is, any more than Urban Meyer cared what kind of people were representing the University of Florida when he was winning national championships there. Miles is like Meyer (and too many other coaches) in that he wants to win, and he'll play who he has to play to do it. How many drug tests did former Heisman finalist Tyrann Mathieu say he failed before LSU kicked him out of school? Ten?

Les Miles doesn't care how bad you are. He cares only how good you are.

And so Jeremy Hill played for LSU last season. He ran for 755 yards and 12 touchdowns as a true freshman -- with 684 yards and 10 touchdowns coming in the final seven games.

In April, he attacked Connor Baldridge.

Hill pleaded guilty Friday to misdemeanor simple battery, a legal term that doesn't do justice to what happened April 27 outside a bar in Baton Rouge, La., when Jeremy Hill -- wearing a purple shirt with "LSU" in big, gold letters across the chest -- approached the 20-year-old Baldridge from behind and launched a leaping sucker-punch into his face.

But Hill is more than a predator. He's also a coward, a follower -- or worse, a "leader" -- who doesn't do his despicable acts alone. Just like that day in the Redemptorist High locker room, Hill had a friend with him the night of April 27. The friend, Robert Bayardo, followed Hill's sucker-punch with one of his own, hitting Baldridge in the back of the head and knocking him briefly unconscious.

Hill and Bayardo celebrated by laughing and high-fiving.

Someone caught the attack on video. Watch it for yourself.

When Hill was charged in April, Miles -- or someone above him -- suspended Hill indefinitely, meaning he will miss the games LSU doesn't play in April. No games in May, June or July, either.

After pleading guilty to a predatory attack for the second time in 15 months, Hill was given a six-month suspended jail sentence and two years of probation. He has to report weekly to a probation officer. He has a nightly curfew. All of that happened Friday, and not a word could be heard from Miles, just empty blather from an LSU spokesman: "Jeremy Hill remains indefinitely suspended from the football team and Coach Miles will not comment any further until the legal process surrounding this matter is completed."
Ah.
So Miles is waiting for Aug. 16, when a court in East Baton Rouge Parish will review his 2012 guilty plea from the incident with the girl -- when he received probation -- and determine if his guilty plea Friday violated the conditions of that probation. Which it damn well better have.

But this being Louisiana, and Jeremy Hill being a football star, who knows?

SEC over/unders We're forecasting fewer than 9.5 wins for LSU
Neither Hill nor his friend, Tate, received jail time for the two-on-one incident with the 14-year-old girl. Neither Hill nor his friend, Bayardo, received jail time for the two-on-one attack of Baldridge. And that curfew Hill received for the assault of Baldridge? District Judge Mike Erwin, a 1976 graduate of LSU, carved out an exception for LSU-related football activities. When the Tigers have night games at Death Valley, the honorable judge wants Jeremy Hill to be available.

Sickening, really, which is why my hope for Hill's court appearance Aug. 16 before District Judge Bonnie Jackson -- a 1978 graduate of the LSU law school, and a 2012 recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award -- is so laughable. My hope is for Jeremy Hill to show up for court, expecting the judge to do what LSU judges and LSU football coaches have always done and tell him it's OK, only to be sent directly to jail. Do not pass go, do not play in 2013 for LSU, do not do a damn thing, you vicious predator, but sit your ass in prison while the world goes on without you.

I'm a little bit angry, can you tell? I'm angry most of all at Jeremy Hill for being the worst kind of predator -- using his size (he's now 235 pounds) and stature to do as he pleases. He did as he pleased to that 14-year-old girl, and he did as he pleased to Connor Baldridge. They were props, objects to be used. And he was Jeremy Hill, you know?

I'm angry at the Louisiana court system, where judges with LSU diplomas keep giving breaks to a gifted running back needed by LSU. That judge who will review Hill's probation on Aug. 16, the honorable Bonnie Jackson? She's the one who didn't send him to jail in 2012 for the locker room incident at Redemptorist High School, when he was one of LSU's top recruits.

I'm angry at LSU, too. What are you waiting for, Les Miles? There's a monster in your midst, and he's still on your football team. Miles could fix this whole thing on Thursday when he meets the SEC media in Hoover, Ala., and announces that Jeremy Hill will never play for LSU again.

But it's like that LSU spokesman said Friday, after Hill pleaded guilty:

Coach Miles will not comment any further until the legal process surrounding this matter is completed.

Miles is waiting for Aug. 16. He's hoping the judge, the distinguished alumna from LSU, doesn't send Hill to prison. He's willing to let this wonderful football player, this rotten human being, represent LSU.

Geaux, Tigers.

Cameron Gamble accepts scholarship offer at LSU camp

By CODY WORSHAM
Tiger Rag Editor

With LSU’s July elite camp set to kick off Sunday, the Tiger staff was expecting a series of commitments to begin rolling in.

That process started Saturday, though in a way not quite so expected.

Cameron Gamble, a highly-ranked kicker in the Class of 2014, committed to LSU after working out at Saturday’s special teams camp in Baton Rouge.

The 5-foot-11, 174-pounder out of Flower Mound, Texas becomes the 12th Tiger commit for the 2014 recruiting class.

Chris Sailer, one of the top kicking instructors in the country, writes this about Gamble on his website:

Cameron is an outstanding kicker. He has a big leg and hits a great ball off the ground. His best ball is as good as anyone in the nation. Kickoffs are near the very top of his class. He has outstanding potential and continues to improve each time we see him. He has become a top national college prospect. Look for Cameron to have a huge summer and pick up D1 offers. A fine young man with a great attitude and work ethic. Excellent prospect. OFFER NOW!!!

Cecil Collins set to leave prison

July 12, 2013   -   © 2013 Tiger Rag

Judge denies probation revocation, clearing Collins’ path to freedom

By CODY WORSHAM
Tiger Rag Editor

While a current LSU running back is in court Friday battling legal troubles, a former Tiger backfield star might be at the end of his.

Ex-LSU running back Cecil Collins got the news he’d been waiting to hear Thursday, when a State District Judge Mike Caldwell rejected a prosecution request to revoke Collins’ probation — a measure that could have sent him back to prison for up to five years.

Collins had been held in Parish Prison without bond for 2 1/2 months, following his release from a Florida Prison on May 1 after 13 1/2 years there for a Miami burglary. That December 1999 burglary occurred while Collins was on probation in Louisiana, where in April 1999 he plead guilty to two felony charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and two misdemeanor charges of simple battery.

Caldwell set a $25,000 bond for Collins while he awaits an appeal on the ruling from assistant district attorney Sue Bernie on the grounds that Collins must stay in Louisiana during the appeal process. Collins’ attorney Rodney Baum was granted a July 18 hearing to request Collins be able to return to his Florida home, where his wife — whom he married six years ago while imprisoned — and children live.

For more details on the case, see the report in today’s Advocate.

One Response to “Cecil Collins set to leave prison”

TigerGumbo on July 13th, 2013 3:23 am

I remember the first time that I saw Cecil Collins running with the football in 1997 as a college running back playing a football game in LSU tiger stadium. He was truly a above average LSU college football player.

Then the next thing I knew was that Cecil Collins was getting into deep trouble with the law. Then he was gone and I kept feeling a empty lost about what might have been. Because I became very sorry to witness the absolute wasted talent of Cecil Collins great running back ability.

Jeremy Hill pleads guilty

LSU running back charged with simple battery in April 27 bar fight; update at bottom

Courtesy of LouisianaRadioNetwork.com

Suspended LSU running back Jeremy Hill is scheduled to appear in a Baton Rouge courtroom this morning as he’ll be arraigned on a simple battery charge. The case stems from an incident that took place outside of a Baton Rouge bar in April, where Hill allegedly punched a 20-year-old man.

“Today will be a simple process,” Legal Analyst Tim Meche said. “He’ll probably enter a plea of not guilty. The judge will set certain dates for motion hearings and a trial date. And then he’ll walk out of there.”

Hill could face some time in prison, because he was on probation for a previous criminal act when he was arrested last April. A court hearing is scheduled for August 16th to determine the status of his probation. Meche says prosecutors have already said they will seek to revoke Hill’s probation.

“The judge could decide to revoke his probation, but that doesn’t mean he’ll go to jail. The judge could extend the probation or add certain conditions to it.”

Coach Les Miles has suspended Hill from team activities, as he waits to see what happens with the legal process.

Stay tuned for updates.

9:50 a.m. update
WBRZ’s Mike Shingleton is reporting Hill plead guilty to the simple battery charge this morning.

Hill was then sentenced to 50 hours of community services, two years unsupervised probation and forced to pay $375 for victim’s medical bills. Hill must also write a letter of apology, refrain from commenting to press or posting on social media.

I am very glad to read about Jeremy Hills court results, that he has been charged with restitution and fines, and then now still has another chance to play college football on the LSU 2013 fighting tigers football team. I believe in forgiveness and second chances. Who knows sometimes great results happen. Good luck Mr. Jeremy Hill.
