The Cat is out of the bag - Blue Monday for the American people

Tinker:

Well ladies and gentleman Barack Obama does not have the management ability to lead the Washington DC American government ( better ) now and into our children's future. No he is a person locked into the limited ability somewhere back in the 1980s when everyone was reflecting on race, sexual choice, Hollywood celebrity. Rock and roll rap personalities, and partisanship.

He makes his decisions in a limited ability of partisanship, and that of course is inadequate to a large country's reality's. Obama is a hack tyrant that he himself is so fast to defame. He is making it up as he goes along, a blowhard bull talking Chicago backroom sleazy partisan
politician.

Another self serving political windbag.

No President Barack Obama is making self serving speeches as the real world spins the real world reality without him.
Too many speeches driven with poll taken talking points to get the crowd favor. Forget about the truth to solve our social problem of financial goals, and needs.

Obama is indeed just another pie in the sky Jimmy Carter, only thing worse. Boring and not on topic to the problems mounting and shaping mankind's society every day right now today.

Stop it already we do see the truth Mr. President, the cat is out the bad now, and you are not what you said you were, Yes we can, in really is no you can't.
Take a walk around the garden of fantasy if you can't help yourself any further Mr. president, but your daily TV show is nothing but a flop now to everyone except yourself and the innocent children who in time will see you for what you truly did, not the wast of time self serving teleprompter speeches.

Because in the time you were so determent to read your teleprompter speeches talking to the TV camera with the stage very scripted in front of the Hollywood movie set props. The real world like Egypt, and others country's populations are marching in discontent by the ten of thousands, mad over the sorry leaders governing our worlds society's.

The man Barack Obama wasted everyone's time and money again just like all the other politicians did for far too long now in America.

A fast-moving wildfire in central Arizona killed 19 firefighters on Sunday, authorities said.

Arizona State Forestry Division spokesman Mike Reichling said the firefighters were fighting the blaze near the town of Yarnell, Ariz., about 85 miles northwest of Phoenix.

The fire, which investigators believe was started by lightning, has destroyed more than 200 homes.

The victims were from the Prescott Granite Mountain Hot Shots, an experienced group of firefighters who had battled blazes in New Mexico and Arizona in recent weeks.

"If you ever met them, you would meet the finest, most dedicated people," Prescott Fire Chief Dan Fraijo said. "These are the guys that will go out there with 40, 50 pounds of equipment. They'll sleep out there as they try to develop fire lines and put protection between homes and natural resources and still try to remain safe."

Authorities told the Associated Press that the 19 were caught while trying to deploy their fire shelters, tents designed to trap in breathable air and shield the firefighters from flames and heat.Read more...http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/07/01/19224279-truly-unimaginable-loss-19-firefighters-killed-battling-arizona-blaze?lite

Egypt: Protesters gather to demand Morsi's ouster

Opponents of Egypt's Islamist President Mohammed Morsi gather for noon prayers in Tahrir Square, the focal point of Egyptian uprising, in Cairo Sunday, June 30, 2013. Organizers of a mass protest against Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi claimed Saturday that more than 22 million people have signed their petition demanding the Islamist leader step down, asserting that the tally was a reflection of how much the public has turned against his rule. CAIRO (AP) — Tens of thousands of opponents of Egypt's Islamist president massed in Cairo's Tahrir Square and in cities around the country Sunday, launching an all-out push to force Mohammed Morsi from office on the one-year anniversary of his inauguration. Fears of violence were high, with Morsi's Islamist supporters vowing to defend him.

Waving Egyptian flags, crowds packed Tahrir, the birthplace of the 2011 uprising that toppled autocrat Hosni Mubarak, and chants of "erhal!", or "leave!" rang out.

On the other side of Cairo, thousands of Islamists gathered in a show of support for Morsi outside the Rabia al-Adawiya Mosque near the Ittihadiya presidential palace, which the opposition planned to march on in the evening. Some Morsi backers wore homemade body armor and construction helmets and carried shields and clubs — precautions, they said, against possible violence. Morsi Confident Ahead of Planned Protests in Egypt

By , BEN HUBBARD and
CAIRO — Faced with a wave of increasingly violent protests demanding his ouster, President Mohamed Morsi declared this weekend that he was still very confident he would serve out his term as Egypt’s first democratically elected head of state.

“It has been a difficult, very difficult year, and I think the coming years will also be difficult,” Mr. Morsi said in an interview with The Guardian, a British newspaper, that was released Sunday a year after his inauguration — a day his opponents are marking with massive street protests that they vow will drive him from office.
During the remaining three years of his first term, Mr. Morsi said, “I hope that I will all the time be doing my best to fulfill the needs of the Egyptian people.”
Thousands of Mr. Morsi’s opponents and supporters began massing in the streets on Sunday, hours before planned marches to Tahrir Square and the presidential palace. The military sent helicopters flying low over the square on Sunday — a demonstration of power that it has been used on other occasions, including before its removal of President Hosni Mubarak in 2011.Read more...http://www.nytimes.com/2013/07/01/world/middleeast/egypt.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Obama administration faced a breakdown in confidence Sunday from key foreign allies who threatened investigations and sanctions against the U.S. over secret surveillance programs that reportedly installed covert listening devices in European Union offices.

U.S. intelligence officials said they will directly discuss with EU officials the new allegations, reported in Sunday's editions of the German news weekly Der Spiegel. But the former head of the CIA and National Security Agency urged the White House to make the spy programs more transparent to calm public fears about the American government's snooping.

It was the latest backlash in a nearly monthlong global debate over the reach of U.S. surveillance that aims to prevent terror attacks. The two programs, both run by the NSA, pick up millions of telephone and Internet records that are routed through American networks each day. They have raised sharp concerns about whether they violate public privacy rights at home and abroad.

Several European officials - including in Germany, Italy, France, Luxembourg and the EU government itself - said the new revelations could scuttle ongoing negotiations on a trans-Atlantic trade treaty that, ultimately, seeks to create jobs and boost commerce by billions annually in what would be the world's largest free trade area.

"Partners do not spy on each other," said EU Justice Commissioner Viviane Reding. "We cannot negotiate over a big trans-Atlantic market if there is the slightest doubt that our partners are carrying out spying activities on the offices of our negotiators. The American authorities should eliminate any such doubt swiftly." Read more...http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/N/NSA_SURVEILLANCE?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2013-06-30-08-06-16

Kennedy's same-sex marriage legacy

STORY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Kennedy wrote majority opinion striking down parts of Defense of Marriage Act
  • Kennedy and former Justice Sandra Day O'Connor were the court's centrists
  • When O'Connor stepped down seven years ago, she "handed the keys" to Kennedy
  • With four conservatives to the right and four liberals to the left, Kennedy is squarely in middle
Washington (CNN) -- Justice Anthony Kennedy was among the first of his colleagues to arrive Wednesday at the U.S. Supreme Court. His chambers lit up several hours before the last-day release of monumental rulings on same-sex marriage.

There was little doubt that later that morning, this quietly powerful justice would be having a major say in the legal, political, and social path of gay rights moving forward.

And at precisely 10 a.m., Kennedy kicked off the public session with his eloquent majority ruling striking down a key part of a federal law that blocks a range of benefits for legally married gay and lesbian couples.
