The Washington DC Palace of Versailles has the NSA’s spying. So the American government needs the Chief Justice of America's Secret Supreme Court. Maye the people should tell them that the party's over.

Tinker:

My country the place that I was bore, my home where my Mother and Father, Brother, Sister, Wife, Sons, Daughter lived. My jungle family of Aunts, and Uncles, Cousins and Nephews, Neighbors and Friends, Teacher, Doctors, Lawyers, and Fireman, Priest and Preachers.

The conscience look at Americas land can simply stirred the close emotion that move me too prideful tears. I see my father and me in a darkened neighborhood movie theater looking at
the original Pinocchio movie. With me siting on the movie seat sidearm because I was so small, and young... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOZzNOkcEgM

So you can get the picture of what I thought we had that now has turned into the Washington DC Palace of Versailles that has the NSA’s spying all the time every day and night at all of us.

Please! Now that the American politicians are playing the American people for fools, go tell your worn out land of the free story to the Indians that Americas wonderful political leaders hurt so many years before. So go peddle your papers somewhere else, the talking points of sound bites full of lies and phoney control games. I would love to one day see the American people stop looking at television and go turnout the lights in Washington DC.

No one can afford Obama care because it just increases the number of tyrants who expect their health care to be paid for by the US government.

Obama doesn't know what he is doing. What Obama health care is really about to do is crucify the very hard working American citizens who keep paying more and more money into the US Government pockets. Destroying the free enterprise American Economy, turning America into a country like Spain.

Hurting the very reason everyone around this world wanted to come to the USA in the first place. To have a fair chance to get ahead without government interference.

UNC Faces Federal Investigation Into Retaliation Complaint By Sexual Assault Survivor

The Huffington Post  |  By

unc investigation retaliation

The U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights is opening a new investigation into the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill over allegations that UNC-Chapel Hill sophomore Landen Gambill faced retaliation for filing a federal complaint against the university. Gambill's case gained national attention after she reported a sexual assault to the school and was later charged with a school honor code violation.

The university now faces three investigations by the department. Charges include complaints that UNC-Chapel Hill allegedly created a hostile climate for sexual assault survivors, failed to properly adjudicate rape at the school and that officials allegedly underreported sexual misconduct on campus.

The third OCR investigation will consider whether the February honor code charge against Gambill was retaliation, the News & Observer in Raleigh, N.C., reports. Gambill was one of five women who filed federal complaints against UNC-Chapel Hill in January, which spurred the first two investigations by the department.

Gambill filed an additional complaint in March after being charged with the honor code violation by the student-run honor court. The court charged that Gambill created an "intimidating" environment for her alleged abuser, an ex-boyfriend and fellow Chapel Hill student whom she has never named publicly. Gambill would have faced expulsion if she had been found guilty, but the charge was eventually dropped.

"The university is reviewing the matter and will cooperate fully with OCR's investigation," UNC-Chapel Hill spokeswoman Karen Moon told The Huffington Post in an email. The university has previously denied that officials retaliated against Gambill.

After the honor code charge, the university commissioned Rutgers University professor Barbara Lee to review the situation. Lee concluded there was no retaliation, but did find significant problems with the honor court system.

Henry Clay Turner, Gambill's attorney, believes the federal investigation is warranted.

"Retaliation doesn't always have to be bad acts; it can be a failure to act," Turner told HuffPost.

Lee did not interview Gambill during the review because Gambill refused to participate in an investigation launched by UNC. The charge was dropped in June, after Lee's review.

Gambill told HuffPost she anticipates the OCR will conduct "a credible and thorough investigation."

As part of the third investigation, the OCR will also consider whether the university retaliated against Gambill when administrators moved her ex-boyfriend, who was found by the honor court to have sexually harassed her, to a dormitory located near Gambill's residence, according to the News & Observer.

The Education Department sent a "Dear Colleague" letter in April to all colleges nationwide, reminding them it's against the law to retaliate against whistleblowers like Gambill.

Senior QB among 16 SEC stars tabbed for award

By Tiger Rag News Services

PHILADELPHIA – LSU senior quarterback Zach Mettenberger was named to the watch list for the 77th annual Maxwell Award, presented to college football’s player of the year, the Maxwell Football Club announced Monday morning.

Mettenberger is one of a nation-leading 16 Southeastern Conference players on the list, which includes seven quarterbacks.

Mettenberger, a native of Watkinsville, Ga., is coming off a junior campaign where he threw for 2,609 yards and 12 touchdowns on 207-of-352 passing. He joined Matt Flynn (2007) and Warren Rabb (1958) as the only first-year starting quarterbacks in LSU history to lead the Tigers to double-figure victories.

He threw just seven interceptions all of 2012, while his 50:1 ratio of passes to interceptions rates as the best for a single-season in school history for quarterbacks with at least 300 attempts. Mettenberger’s passing yards and completions last season were both fifth in LSU single-season annals.

Mettenberger heads into his senior campaign after an impressive spring under first-year LSU offensive coordinator Cam Cameron. He will lead a Tiger offense that returns two of the SEC’s top wide receivers in juniors Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry.

The Maxwell Award, named in honor of Robert W. “Tiny” Maxwell, has been given to America’s College Player of the Year since 1937. The watch list candidates have been chosen by the Maxwell Football Club’s selection committee, which analyzes both past performance and future potential.

Semifinalists for the Maxwell Award will be announced Oct. 29, while the three finalists for each award will be unveiled Nov. 25. The winner of the 2013 Maxwell Award will be announced as part of the Home Depot College Football Awards Show held on Dec. 12. The formal presentations of these award will be made at the Maxwell Football Club Awards Gala hosted by Harrah’s Entertainment Atlantic City on March 7, 2014.
