Thomas Williams

Our Country’s favorite Universities of higher learning College football programs are training a lot of growing young men who have been playing football since their youth. And are the very same people making up the college football teams playing college football all across America today.

Alabama has been having great success recruiting some of the better High School football players that have been producing Championship for the University of Alabama, coached under Nick Saban.

Why hasn't the other SEC University football programs like LSU been as successful as Nick Saban, because curious minds want to know?

LSU football program took a hit on Monday as senior defensive tackle Christian LaCouture suffered what could be a major knee injury, according to multiple sources.

LSU sports information director Michael Bonnette confirmed that LaCouture and redshirt freshman defensive end Isaiah Washington were injured but did not specify the nature of either one.

The severity of LaCouture's injury is not known, but early thoughts are that it is an ACL injury. The difference between a sprain and tear are significant, with the latter calling for surgery and ultimately ending LaCouture's season before it started.

The 6-foot-5, 307-pounder contemplated submitting his name for the NFL Draft this off-season, but elected to return for his senior campaign.
