The immediate aftermath of the Second World War had the pollical influence of Joses Stalin communist Russia, China Mao Tse-tung brand of communism, and Americas free and open trading democracy led by President Harry Truman. All across Asia, Europe, the Middle East countries.

"Mao Tse-tung was the principal Chinese Marxist theorist, soldier, and statesman who led his nation's Cultural Revolution." That was the economic and military forces who teamed up with the political ambitions of North Koreas Kim Il-sung, fomenting a Cultural Revolution in Korea like Mao did in China?

Mao Tse-tung was trying to consolidate his power in China and was not inclined to take time to help North Koreas Kim Il-sung. American was helping the South Korean forces against Kim Il-sung ambition to take over Korea military.

But  Kim Il-sung kept pushing Mao Tse Tung to set up a Stalin dictatorship in Korea also.  Joses Stallen said, "to do it."
