1. Tiger Stadium, LSU

Opened: 1924 Capacity: 100,000

Be it the vast and unique tailgating menu or Richter Scale-registering fans, few places in the nation can send chills down your spine like Tiger Stadium. As one of the loudest and most rabid atmospheres in the nation, LSU boasts one of the most daunting home-field advantages in college football — especially at night. A $70 million renovation is underway to push Tiger Stadium’s capacity to 100,000, only furthering a hallowed reputation as one of the nation’s top venues. There is a reason Tiger Stadium got eight first-place votes in our poll.

Well it is June and then we will have July, with only 31 day to August.

And LSU fall football practice.

And in spite of knowing that my favorite college football team is coached by Les Miles who made a name for himself because of a string of miracle that allowed LSU football team to play Ohio State for the 2007 NCAA National Champion. That LSU won given Coach Les Miles the great fortune to hoist the #1 team crystal ball Trophy for the LSU Fighting Tigers that all the world could see back then.

And LSU Mike the Tiger moved around the shadows of LSU Tiger Stadium with a chest full of Tiger pride all year long.

But alas as the following years past that same winning Head Coach Les Miles went from a cheerleader coach who simply can't coach, into a lovable LSU mascot coach being carried off the football field in the final game in LSU Tiger Stadium. Because the LSU fans said they want to keep Les Miles coaching the LSU football team, even if LSU loses to Alabama, Ole Miss, and Arkansas.

Yes! Even if I know about all of that true reality in the ghost of the past LSU Tiger Football season I still become hopeful that somehow even in spite of what I know. This 2016 LSU Tiger football team will surprise me, you, and this nation with another undefeated regular season run into the final four playoff games. Playing for the #1 College Football Championship against the beast of all the rest.

Yes! Its June starting the first days of summer again so LSU 2016 college football season can't be to far away now, right.
