Shepard Smith is the wrong kind of guy to be Judging President Trump.

The Oracle said: That Shepard guy was attempting to assign responsibility onto Trump for that bomber. That's exactly what he was doing then he claims he wasn't saying Trump is responsible - what kind of double talk is this? Christ Wallace was correct.
