Tinker
-----------------
"So live, that when thy summons comes to join
The innumerable caravan, that moves
To the pale realms of shade, where each shall take
His chamber in the silent halls of death,
Thou go not, like the quarry slave, at night
Scourge d to his dungeon; but sustained and soothed
By an unfaltering trust, approach thy grave,
Like one who wraps the drapery of his couch
About him, and lies down to pleasant dreams."
BRYANT.

Life is truly for the
living whether we accept the reality in our time that we are her and
now or not. Because mother nature is going to win out no matter how hard
we try to deny otherwise.
In a pure scientific point
of view this earth that we live on don't really need humankind, so when
we start thinking that we are the most important creature in the world, I
think not.
A meteorite traveling usually between 15 to 20 km (9-12 miles or 48,000-63,000 fee, at some point will hit this earth. And that
will change everything that is living on this earth in a blink of a
eye. So all in all the tormenting problems that humankind keep
inflicting on each other, is in really not as important as that mindless
streaking piece of rock that is out there moving around in the dark
universe.
All the cell phones, computers. well secure
gold in fort knox safes, are going to be melted down back into the
molting rock soup that this planet was made of to begin with.
In
the meantime humankind has a history of tormenting each other with the
ego visions of emperor and clown. That no matter how high and mighty was
the emperor cause, somehow always ends up hurting people. That our
human history is now volumes of war and suffering for worthless causes,
to me. Why wast our time studding war when we could be thinking about
building a space ship to escape that mindless rock that is going to kill us
all forever.
