• Thomas Williams Wow! Who would do themselves that? My goodness that looks and sounds so terrible after listening and seeing someone trying to change over to the opposite sex.
  
  Because it looks to disfiguring for that to work out OK for any poor soul wanting to do that. I can't help but to feel sorry for someone who goes through all of that medical possess trying to transform their body to satisfy their preconceived sexual feeling.
  
  And it does seem very unusual indeed.
  
  My goodness what kind of deep emotion would drive people like him, who really wants to be her, to do all of that to themselves? These question seem important because I don’t really believe that people can do that to their bodies, and expect real sexual satisfaction afterwards.
  
  Frankly it sounds like someone who keep playing around with themselves sexually, like masturbation. And hardly getting nearer to true natural affection and deep emotional satisfaction between the sexes. He is turning himself into some kind of human Frankenstein instead. Where is his self-identity within his own soul?
