Mack Cogburn: Maybe some junk antiquated stuff that we gave them 10 or 15 years earlier, there was nothing on the scale that Bused claimed that could be a threat. He claimed there were nuclear weapons at one pont. They also claimed the oil would pay for the war. The whole thing was a lie to enrich Cheney and Halliburton .

Thomas Williams: George W. Bush was not what Karl Rove said, "a true conservative" and a man who did not understanding the Middle East population at all. And wanted to take down Saddam Hussein anyway...Did the most powerful man in the world not know that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, I don't believe him. And George W. did not care what we thought about that because Bush was going to invading Iraq anyway.
