Tim Robinson When Katrina hit Louisiana, LSU traveled to Arizona State and played there in what was scheduled to be a home game for LSU. LSU did not have time to practice. They got off the plane and played a late game that night with an hour difference in time zones. LSU narrowly won--but they played the game. Florida State and Miami play this weekend in Florida. The Gators just didn't want to play LSU this weekend and set the game's future on their own terms--if there will be a game at all. Without the game, LSU has been hurt in the polls the rest of the season.
