The never Trumpsters associated with Jeb Bush started that dossier to dig up dirt on Donald Trump. John McCain got into this act of never Trumpsters along with a complicit Media like CNN, MSNBC, etc.
That secret Trump dossier was used by the CIA director and FBI leader to have a FISA court Judge order a secret NSA listening surveillance on Trump. That was intended to show how Trump collided with Russia. But was, in fact, a tool to smear Trump with that kind of very dirty politics from the Washington DC establishment membership.

President Donald Trump blasted two officials of a Democrat-aligned opposition research firm on Thursday for refusing to testify before the House Intelligence Committee about a 'dirty dossier' targeting him last year.
The sensationalized but unsubstantiated report is the subject of a congressional probe as Republicans scramble to find out who paid Fusion GPS to produce it.
'Workers of the firm involved with the discredited and Fake Dossier take the 5th,' Trump complained on Twitter. 'Who paid for it, Russia, the FBI or the Dems (or all)?'
