Terrance Quinn, I'm from Michigan. Would it be inappropriate to dress a mannequin in black pajamas, with a bandana over its face, black stocking cap and tie it to the hood of your car and just drive down I-75? I'm a little fuzzy on the whole funny/not funny thing here.
