Yes, the IMF sees that President Truman will not allow the United States Federal Reserve Bank to print more free money for Europe to live off of in the foreseeable future like they have been doing for the past 60 years.

China will own just about all of Europe basic commodities to keep manufacturing the world consumer goods. Because the Chines population keeps working hard for a living while the lazy Europeans keep publicly criticizing the America President out of the side of their trashy mouth.
