Why are we in the Middle East fighting against the Persians, Mr. President?

-------

Iranian Gen. Qassim Soleimani,
America is escalating the War in the Middle East and I'm afraid we going to use the hydrogen bomb, I'm speechless.

Pete Lamkin HUGE: Iraqi news agencies say the following terrorist leaders were killed in a U.S. airstrike near Baghdad:

1) Qassem Soleimani (Iranian Major General in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps - IRGC)

2) Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis (head of Kata'ib Hezbollah)

3) Mohammed Ridha (PMF head of protocol).

4) Naem Qasm (Lebanon Hezbollah deputy leader)

These are the men that Obama gave $150 billion in cash so they could continue their global campaign of genocide against Christians and Jews. President Trump designated the IRGC as a terrorist organization last year.

Hard to understate how big this is. U.S. Apache gunship helicopters attacked and destroyed two vehicles making their way out of the Baghdad international airport. 6 casualties were reported, of which three were Iranians -- designated as terrorists.

• Qassem Soleimani is Iran’s most powerful military figure in the region and runs Iran’s terror proxies in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq. Mike Pompeo said Soleimani was equally as dangerous as al-Baghdadi.

• Muhandis was at the US embassy attack protest and calls himself “Soleimani's soldier.”

Soleimani took over where Imad Mughniyeh left off building the IRGC and Hezbollah terrorist networks. Mughniyeh was killed by Israel several years ago he was also most wanted. This would be a huge blow to Iran. Huge.

Other Arab reports say that US Marines also captured Iraq militia leaders Qais Khazali of Iraqi Hezbollah and Hadi Al Ameri, in the Jadriah district of Baghdad, two of Iraq's most powerful leaders.

This is bigger than bin-Laden. Bigger than Mugniyeh. Bigger than al-Baghdadi.

For two decades, Soleimani has been the most powerful, savvy & effective terrorist on the planet. He’s enjoyed the full backing of the powerful terrorist state. President Trump should get the Nobel Peace Prize for this. Soleimani has spent the past decade spreading war and death throughout the region.

Soleimani was extraordinarily close to the Supreme Leader of Iran. Soleimani reports directly to the Supreme Leader, the Quds force is technically part of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps which also reports to the Supreme Leader. He is more powerful than Iran's President.

This is the beginning of the end of Iran's terrorist regime.

BTW, for those saying Trump needed Congressional approval to assassinate Soleimani in Iraq. We killed the leader of a designated terrorist organization while he was *in Iraq* after he directed attacks against Americans *in Iraq.* There was no need for Congressional authorization.

State Department says Iran was responsible for killing 608 U.S. troops during the Iraq War. Soleimani led all Iranian and Iranian-backed forces in those operations.

Reports are that Soleimani & Iran were planning a military coup in Iraq. Guessing the US Embassy attack was a diversion. Perhaps that's why Trump acted and perhaps that's why he's delaying his victory lap -- because he's not done yet. We shall see.

Thomas Williams - This is a perilous road President Trump is taking, so if they are going to go all-in they better win. I would have walked away knowing he was a terrorist that should have been killed because we are in a part of the world we shouldn't be there in the first place. So I don't care about being naive and I hope he knows what he is doing because I don't want to be over there fighting against the Persians.
