  Ell Jay This whole thing has been very upsetting. I have been followed through my own neighborhood multiple times while out walking so I stopped. I can't protect myself from someone in a car.
  
  I so often read posts on NextDoor about people reporting "suspicious" people on their street. But to me, brown skin is the only thing that makes them suspicious and god forbid they have an old car, they might get reported to the police.

  Thomas Williams - That is damn true, and whatever you do if you are a black American who is running through a white neighborhood stopping to see how a house is built you will be run down being and accused of planning a robbery. If you are unarmed you will be beaten and shot to death because the killer knows they are safe in the community political power structure network protecting him from accountable. So yes, this truly sucks living around people who think that black Americans are all thieves just because of their color. Horrible stupid people are doing that all over America in 2020.
