For the past 19+ years, people on both sides of the aisle have argued against the USA PATRIOT Act following the attacks on 9/11.

The Act has remained mostly unchanged since it was signed into law, yet the three people here have done more to suppress your freedoms than the government itself has. Everything you say, can and will be used against you, and the catch is, Miranda warnings don't apply.

You want to joke about what you think should be done to someone because you disagree with something, and you'll wake up to a warrant to seize your weapons under red flag orders.

The protections given to the social media tech industry needs to be rewritten because the tech industry impacted the 2020 election far more than any foreign interference. The tech industry has effectively shut down the freedom of speech of millions of Americans and users worldwide.
