William Busbee - Facebook, 2/18/2026. Texas race getting testy
Thomas Williams - I think I read out of the F Scott Fitzgerald novel “The Great Gatsby.” Fitzgerald wrote, talking about the upper-tier class of the rich and famous people in the 1920-30s, saying. “We are not like them, the rich.”
That sounded like a profound truism to me, too. No! The working-class American citizen believes in their social values, working for an honest day's pay. Are not living by the same social standard as the rich and famous elite classes, going to the social gatherings like the NY Manhaten cocktail clubs, memberships in what the rich created into a Television culture society about their brotherhoods. The bosses of the double standard culture are coming out of the U.S. government's three branches and the liberal media.
The failsafe Washington DC standard that does not hold the elitist club members accountable for what goes wrong, even if it is their fault.
The TV culture-rich and famous are permitted to go along as if their crimes belong to someone else.
We are not like them, and frankly, I don’t want to be.
