Flying back to Atlanta, I’m at the SFO Delta lounge right now, red eye. Although it was for a very sad occasion, for the funeral of my aunt Pam, my mother’s beloved sister, it was nice to be able to see some family & friends and to be there for my mom. It was a fast trip, but we had some nice dinners and just tried to be there and support her as much as possible. I love you, Mom

But my father told me "nothing lasts forever," but I think you just proved him wrong. I have this picture of you looking that way, frozen in time. Wow, goodness gracious, jeezun!
