Nothing
about the "Boston bombing suspect that was sent a judge and lawyer by
the justice department before the FBI was finished"
What a very sad state of life that the
government and political power structure in 2013 are preaching these
wasted and lost hide and seek days and nights in America now. Just who
are these people lying to, themselves?
What kind of people are working in the news
department of the television networks in this country, government
propaganda specialist?

He will always be a Tiger and part of The DBU. His time in the program was just too short.
Good luck to him in Arizona with PP7 and Minter.

Mingo, a 6-foot-5 junior defensive end from West Monroe, La., gave the Tigers the No. 6 pick for the second-straight year - Morris Claiborne was Dallas’ first-round pick last year at No. 6.
“It was just an exciting moment,” Mingo said after his selection. “It snuck up on me. I can’t wait to get to Cleveland. It is such a loyal fan base with hard-working people. They love their Browns - rain, sleet or snow. I am focused on the next chapter in my life and ready to get to work.
“The past week has been one to remember, especially having my family here. I would like to thank all of the LSU Tiger fans who cheered me on the last three years. I am very thankful. I’ll never forget the crowd noise and everything about ‘Death Valley’. Going to LSU helped me reach my dreams of playing in the NFL.”
The 49ers traded up 13 slots in the first round to grab Reid, a 6-2 junior safety from Geismar, La., who became the fifth LSU underclassman in the past three drafts combined to be selected in the first round.
“I am ecstatic to be a 49er,” Reid said. “It’s a privilege to go to an organization as well respected as San Francisco. It’s definitely a dream come true. When I met with Coach (Jim) Harbaugh at the (NFL) Combine, he was very confident in my knowledge of the game. We chit-chatted after that. I want to be a jack-of-all trades at the next level. Whether that is covering the slot or blitzing, I am willing to do whatever coach wants me to do. When I think of the 49ers, I think of great players. I have followed them for a long time.”
LSU has 37 first-round NFL draft picks, and 12 under coach Les Miles since 2005. Since 2004, LSU has had a first-round pick in all but one draft.
As many as 14 LSU players may be drafted in 2013 including Mingo and Reid, who were invited to New York City for the draft.
Running backs Spencer Ware and Michael Ford, defensive tackle Bennie Logan, defensive ends Sam Montgomery and Lavar Edwards, cornerbacks Tharold Simon and Tyrann Mathieu, linebacker Kevin Minter, offensive tackle Chris Faulk, center P.J. Lonergan, wide receiver Russell Shepard and punter Brad Wing are among those who may hear their name over the three-day, seven-round draft.
The LSU record for players taken in a single draft is eight, which was set in 1948. Twice under Miles, in 2006 and 2008, LSU has had seven players selected. Tennessee holds the SEC mark for number of players taken in the modern era of the draft with 10, while Ohio State has the national mark of 14.
Miles made his first appearance on the NFL Network on Thursday afternoon. He was joined for the roundtable discussion by Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly, Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin and Stanford head coach David Shaw.
On Friday, Miles will be on the NFL Network set at 4:45 p.m. CT to preview the second and third rounds of the draft with host Rich Eisen. Miles will have a two-hour segment from noon to 2 p.m. CT on Saturday as he will join Eisen, Charles Davis and Mike Mayock on the NFL Network set.

By Carlos Miller
Less than two weeks after he was arrested for video recording cops from a public street, Alex Lege was arrested again for the same thing.
This time it was the Eunice Police Department that arrested Lege, according to his girlfriend, Tessi Angelique Abshire, who posted the news on a Facebook page Lege created called Eunice Uncensored, where he attempts to shed a light on the police department.
Lege, who was arrested earlier this month by the Lafayette Parrish Sheriff’s Office, has previously posted videos where he was threatened by Eunice police while video recording them for a very respectable distance.
In the following video, Lege is threatened with physical harm by an old man who takes exception to being video recorded in public.
A Eunice cop then walks up and accuses Lege of “invading my crime scene” when Lege was nowhere near the scene.
Lege walks further back but the officer continues to order him away, so Lege ends up walking across the street to continue video recording.
The cop also tells him that the supreme court has ruled that citizens have the right to sue people who video record them in public, which is not true.
Start the video at 7:45 to save yourself time.

In the video below, a Eunice cops tells Lege to “get off of my scene” while Lege is video recording him in a gas station from afar while another man – who is not video recording – is standing closer to the cop than Lege. Start the video at 1:25 to save yourself time.
It’s obvious from his videos that the Eunice Police Department has gotten to know Lege and were itching to arrest him, which they did today.
His girlfriend said he was video recording a traffic stop and ended up getting charged with “following a police officer,” vagrancy and criminal trespassing. She attempted to video record the arrest but was standing too far and did not capture much except a police car in the distance.
She also said that Lege was being photographed by a local photojournalist for a story as he was video recording the traffic stop, but the photographer left and Lege ended up getting arrested – which shows these cops are not the smartest in the bunch because now it will help prove his cause to the local media.
Louisiana blogger Busted in Acadiana, who has been in contact with the ACLU about Lege’s first arrest, sent them another email, so hopefully they will set those local cops straight.
PINAC reader ExCop-LawStudent reported earlier today that Lege was arrested back in December after he flipped off a cop.
UPDATE: Here is the video from Lege’s latest arrest. You can hear him speak to the newspaper photojournalist who leaves after the first few minutes.
Cops begin to surround him at the 8:00 mark. One dimwitted female cop can be heard asking if the video can be used as “evidence.”
Call the Eunice Police Department at (337) 457-2626.

With all that talent, 10-3 (which could have been worse with several very close wins, but also 3 close losses) including a loss to Clemson in the Peach Bowl, was 2012 a year where the Tigers under Miles under achieved? 2013 will be an interesting (and hopefully successful) year and should indicate the direction of the program.

Agent threatens legal action against police after LSU's Simon arrested
April 26, 2013
Tharold Simon's agent says witnesses back the former LSU cornerback, not police. (USATSI)
LSU cornerback Tharold Simon, who some project as a mid-round draft pick this weekend, is contemplating legal action against the Eunice, La., police department following his arrest on Thursday night, according to his agent, Peter Schaffer.
Schaffer said his client is completely innocent of the charges against him -- he was charged with public intimidation and resisting an officer during an incident while he was in his car.
Schaffer said he spent Friday talking to multiple witnesses who were at the scene when the alleged altercation took place, which, according to the police report, included Simon backing up his car "in an aggressive manner," turning up his stereo and exchanging words with an officer.
"I have obtained a written statement from almost 20 witnesses," Schaffer said, "all of whom corroborated Tharold's version of the incident, in which he did absolutely nothing wrong and nothing illegal. I'm 100 percent confident that there will be no charges filed and Tharold will be completely exonerated. I'm looking into the filing of a civil lawsuit against the officer and the Eunice Police Department. Tharold is an outstanding young man, and it's appalling to me that an officer would act this way, particularly at this time."
Simon's draft status could obviously be negatively impacted by such allegations, and Schaffer said he will also circulate this information to teams. Simon's hometown is proclaiming Friday as "Tharold Simon Day."

Dandy Don's LSU Sports Report
First off, I'd like to congratulate LSU's Barkevious Mingo and Eric Reid for being selected in the first round of the NFL draft.
As expected, Mingo was the first Tiger selected as the Cleveland Browns snatched him up as the 6th overall pick. Mingo is a super young man who hails from West Monroe and was a four-star prospect out of high school. While at LSU, he was one of the most dominant pass rushing defensive ends in school history, although he never earned the title of All-American or even first team All-SEC. Mingo really impressed at the recent NFL combine and camps and I'm happy that he will now reap the benefits of all his hard work. Counting Mingo, LSU has had an incredible six defensive players selected in the top six of the draft in the past seven years. The other five were Morris Claiborne (2012), Patrick Peterson (2011), Tyson Jackson (2009), Glenn Dorsey (2008) and LaRon Landry (2007).
Eric Reid was selected as the 18th overall pick by San Francisco. Reid, who hails from Geismer, Louisiana, was a highly decorated four-star All-American prospect out of Dutchtown high school who received first team All-American honors as a junior at LSU and second team All-American as a sophomore. Reid also earned SEC Academic Honor Roll those two seasons. Not only was Reid a great defensive back at LSU, he was a class act and a great leader who was selected by his teammates as Permanent Team captain last season.
In baseball news, No. 2 LSU (38-4, 15-3 SEC) begins a big home series tonight at 7 p.m. against No. 10 South Carolina (31-11, 11-7 SEC). South Carolina is a very good team with a great program, and together with LSU the two teams have won three of the last four College World Series. LSU won the CWS in 2009, and South Carolina captured national championships in 2010 and 2011. This weekend’s series should be a great one.
South Carolina is a team that hits with a lot of power and leads the conference in home runs with 39. Their team batting average is .291 (fourth in the conference), and they are led at the plate by senior infielder LB Dantzler, who is batting .340 with 12 doubles, one triple, 12 homers and 42 RBI. Sophomore infielder Connor Bright is hitting .331 with seven doubles, one triple, four homers and 15 RBI, while sophomore infielder Joey Pankake is batting .314 with five doubles, eight homers and 30 RBI. LSU, by comparison, is hitting .305 as a team (2nd in the conference) and is led at the plate by freshman shortstop Alex Bregman with a .412 average, 11 doubles, seven triples, five homers and 41 RBI. Bregman leads the SEC in several categories including batting average, hits (73), runs scored (46), total bases (113) and triples (7). LSU senior first baseman Mason Katz is hitting .390, and he leads the SEC in home runs (13) and RBI (60). Katz is No. 2 in the league in total bases with 112, one behind Bregman. LSU junior third baseman Christian Ibarra is batting .353 with 11 doubles, four homers 29 RBI, and senior leftfielder Raph Rhymes is hitting .338 with eight doubles, one triple, two homers and 34 RBI.
Sophomore right-hander Aaron Nola will get the start on the mound for the Tigers tonight, followed by sophomore lefty Ryan Eades tomorrow. South Carolina will start senior left-hander Nolan Belcher tonight and sophomore left-hander Jordan Montgomery tomorrow. Neither team has announced their Sunday starter yet.
Here's the weekend baseball schedule:
Tonight, April 26 – 7 p.m. CT (CST)
Saturday, April 27 – 6:30 p.m. CT (CST)
Sunday, April 28 – 2 p.m. CT (ESPN)
Note: I will be watching/listening to the games this weekend while out-of-town, but I won't be able to send out my usual in-game updates to those of you who follow @DandyDonLSU on Twitter. To keep up with the action that way, be sure to follow @LSUBaseball.
Before tonight's baseball game, LSU will mark the 30th anniversary of the hiring of Skip Bertman as head baseball coach with a first pitch ceremony. Bertman succeeded Jack Lamabe back in April of 1983, and at that time no one could have predicted the monumental impact his hiring would have on college baseball at LSU and across the Southeastern Conference. Bertman came to LSU from the University of Miami where he had helped elevate the Hurricanes to national prominence. His first LSU team competed in the spring of 1984 and by 1986 he took the Tigers to their first appearance in the College World Series. In the ensuing years, Bertman built Tiger Baseball into the most successful college program in the country, leading LSU to 11 College World Series appearances and five national championships while generating interest that has produced the nation’s leader in attendance for 17 straight years. Today LSU has the greatest collegiate baseball program and facilities in the world, thanks to Bertman’s efforts. I think it's very fitting that he should be honored this way tonight, and very fitting that the baseball team will soon be called Skip Bertman Field at Alex Box Stadium.
In other baseball news, hats off to Raph Rhymes for being nominated as one of 10 finalists for the 2013 Senior CLASS Award. CLASS stands for “Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School” and the award encourages students to use their platform in athletics to make a positive impact as leaders in their communities. Rhymes is a two-time member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll and is batting .338 this season with eight doubles, one triple, two homers and 34 RBI. The native of Monroe was the nation’s leading hitter in 2012, batting a school-record .431 (100-for-232) with 11 doubles, four homers and 53 RBI. Nationwide fan voting begins immediately to help select the winner.
You can cast your vote for Rhymes by visiting the Senior CLASS Award website or their Facebook fan page now through June 10. Fan votes will be combined with media and Division I head coaches’ votes to determine the winner which will be announced during the 2013 NCAA College World Series® in Omaha June 15-26.
Again, I'd like to remind all of you of the ongoing Tiger Tour which will continue with stops during the next four weeks. Monday the tour will stop in my hometown of Lafayette, Tuesday it will in Lake Charles, and Wednesday it will be in Houston. (You can check out the full schedule here.) The Houston stop is the only lunchtime stop, and more info about it can be found in the reader comment below.

Reader comments: Scott, Here are some interesting quotes from Eric Reid after being drafted by 49ers, including being coached by a former LSU player and Jim Harbaugh recruiting him to Stanford.

Tons of linemen drafted, but Te'o waits for Day 2
By RICHARD ROSENBLATT | Associated Press – 6 hrs ago- Associated Press/Jason DeCrow - Eric Fisher, from Central Michigan, stands with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell after being selected first overall by the Kansas City Chiefs in the first round of the NFL football …more
NEW YORK (AP) — More than 2½ tons of linemen, five trades, one quarterback and no Manti Te'o.
The first round of the NFL draft delivered an enormous portion of beef, with 18 teams devouring linemen from the opening pick of offensive tackle Eric Fisher by Kansas City to center Travis Frederick by Dallas at No. 31.
But perhaps the biggest story of the first round was Teo's name not being called by Commissioner Roger Goodell during the 3-hour, 33-minute session Thursday night.
Te'o, the All-America linebacker from Notre Dame, became a tabloid sensation in January with revelations that the girlfriend who supposedly died during the season was actually a hoax. But what may have hurt his draft status most was his poor play in the national title game loss to Alabama, and his slow 40-yard dash time at the NFL combine.
Te'o wasn't the only big-name player who will have to wait until Friday's second round. West Virginia's Geno Smith was expected to be taken, but instead the only quarterback picked was Florida State's EJ Manuel by Buffalo with the 16th spot, acquired in a trade with St. Louis. It was the lowest the first QB was taken since 2000, when Chad Pennington went 18th to the Jets.
The Bills, of course, are optimistic about Manuel.
"If we can develop this guy, he has the talent to take you to the dance," Bills general manager Buddy Nix said. "This guy was further along than most of them as far as his knowledge of the game. ... This guy, to us, has got leadership qualities. He's smart. And he's big."
Also left out in the first round were running backs — none was taken for the first time since 1963. Among running backs who could go in the second round are Eddie Lacy of Alabama and Montee Ball of Wisconsin. Other quarterbacks still waiting for their names to be called include USC's Matt Barkley, Oklahoma's Landry Jones and Syracuse's Ryan Nassib.
This first round showed off the beef. The breakdown: nine offensive linemen, nine defensive linemen.
"It's always nice when the O-line gets some respect," offensive tackle Luke Joeckel said after being taken No. 2 by Jacksonville. "We usually get the crummy meeting room, the crummy chairs in our meeting room.
"A lot of teams are realizing how important the position is. The guys, they look pretty scoring the touchdowns, but they get space to score those touchdowns from us."
And on the other side of the ball, teams need players to break through the line to get to the quarterbacks and running backs.
That's why Miami was in a trading mood, moving up from No. 12 to No. 3 in a deal with Oakland to grab defensive end Dion Jordan of Oregon.
"We took a player we coveted quite a bit," Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland said of the player he hopes could be the next Jason Taylor. "You've got to knock the quarterback down, you've got to take the ball away. This guy can do one of those two things."
After the opening two picks, the stampede was on. The first seven picks were all linemen.
"That's a lot of love for the big boys up front, which we usually don't get," Fisher said.
Fisher became the first Mid-American Conference player selected at the top when Chiefs new coach Andy Reid chose the 6-foot-7, 306-pound offensive tackle.
"This is so surreal," Fisher said. "I'm ready to get to work right now. I'm ready to start playing some football. I can't process what's going on right now."
After Joeckel and Jordan were taken, it was BYU defensive end Ziggy Ansah to Detroit, LSU defensive end Barkevious Mingo to Cleveland, and North Carolina guard Jonathan Cooper to Arizona.
Fisher was only the third offensive tackle picked No. 1, joining Orlando Pace (1997) and Jake Long (2008) since the 1970 merger of the NFL and AFL. It's also the first time since '70 that offensive tackles went 1-2.
Even without a high-profile passer, runner or tackler going at the outset, the fans in the home of the Rockettes were pumped. They chanted "U-S-A, U-S-A" when Goodell paid tribute to the first responders at the Boston Marathon bombings and to the victims of the explosion in West, Texas. They roared when Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Namath began the countdown to the first outdoor Super Bowl in a cold-weather site by taking the podium and screaming: "New York; Super Bowl 48."
The crowd didn't seem to care that early on the picks were all heifers, not hoofers. No Andrew Lucks or RG3s at the top of this crop.
New Eagles coach Chip Kelly got a road-grader for his uptempo offense in Johnson.
"Tackle is not a very sexy position," Johnson said. "But it's a position of dire need."
In another trade, the Rams moved up eight spots — and sent four picks to Buffalo to do so. St. Louis then grabbed West Virginia wide receiver Tavon Austin, all 5-8, 174 pounds of him.
The New York Jets may have found a replacement for star cornerback Darrelle Revis — traded to Tampa Bay — when they picked Alabama All-American Dee Milliner. That was the first of three straight selections from two-time national champion Alabama: Tennessee took guard Chance Warmack and San Diego got offensive tackle D.J. Fluker.
Oakland used the pick it got from the Dolphins for Houston cornerback D.J. Hayden, who nearly died last November after a collision in practice tore a blood vessel off the back of his heart. He was taken to a hospital and had surgery.
Utah defensive tackle Star Lotulelei, who also had a heart scare at the NFL combine but then checked out fine, went 14th to Carolina, followed by Texas safety Kenny Vaccaro to New Orleans.
Former Patriots guard Joe Andruzzi, who carried an injured female runner to safety after the Boston Marathon explosions, displayed a jersey with the city's 617 area code and "Boston Strong" written on the front. He was supposed to announce New England's pick, but the Patriots dealt it to Minnesota, giving the Vikings three first-round selections.
Andruzzi, a native New Yorker, said, "There's a new saying in Boston: Boston Strong" before unveiling the jersey as "Sweet Caroline" was played on the loudspeakers.
Pittsburgh, which always seems to find standout linebackers, took the highest-rated one in Georgia's Jarvis Jones. The Rams went with another Georgia linebacker, Alec Ogletree with the No. 30 pick.
Notre Dame ended up with a first-rounder when tight end Tyler Eifert was chosen 21st overall by Cincinnati.
Atlanta's choice of Washington cornerback Desmond Trufant gave that family three brothers in the league. His older siblings, Marcus and Isaiah, preceded him.
One major surprise was the New York Giants' selection of Justin Pugh — yet another tackle, but one who wasn't projected to go in the opening round by many draft analysts.
