Good people going along with bad people seems so unnecessary to me at how the people are conditioned that way. Something is very wrong with racist people who accused other people of racism with no credible proof of what they say is the truth. Wow! Isn't this a hell of a kettle of fish?
Like what F. Scott fitzgerald wrote, "what foul dust has blown in the way of Gatsby dream". So to has Jesse Jackson, Sharpton, Obama, interfered in Martin Luther King, Jr "I have a dream one day".
And helping out other people who are being bombed with poison gas, or shot to death by killers should be natural to the human race, don't you think.

Aetna Pulls Out Of Another Obamacare Health Exchange

Aug 29 (Reuters) - Aetna Inc has decided not to sell insurance on New York's individual health insurance exchange, which is being created under President Barack Obama's healthcare reform law, the fifth state where it has reversed course in recent weeks.
The third-largest U.S. health insurer has said it is seeking to limit its exposure to the risks of providing health plans to America's uninsured, but did not give details about its decision to pull out of specific markets.
"We believe it is critical that our plans not only be competitive, but also financially viable, in order to meet the long-term needs of the exchanges in which we choose to participate. On New York, as a result of our analysis, we reluctantly came to the conclusion to withdraw," Aetna spokeswoman Cynthia Michener said.

Former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld,
who served under former President George W. Bush and was a key player
in the decisions to go to war in Iraq and Afghanistan, said Wednesday
that President Barack Obama has so far failed to justify U.S.
intervention in Syria, telling Fox News' Neil Cavuto that the administration's strategy is "mindless."
"One thing that's very interesting, it seems to me, is that there really hasn't been any indication from the administration as to what our national interest is with respect to this particular situation," Rumsfeld said in an interview with Fox Business Network.

Marci Lederman, Buddy’s Small Lots store manager, said she was happy to see the football players pass on the opportunity to “ransack” or steal items from her store.
“They picked up a few items, and they left cash on the counter and waved to the cameras. Who does that?” Lederman told Yahoo! News.
Apparently, Thomas James, Kell’E Gallimore, Jelani Bruce and Anthony Biondi do “that.”
William Paterson University head football coach Jerry Flora wasn’t the least bit surprised by his players’ honest act.
“That’s the kind of kids we try and recruit in here so we can obviously deal with a lot less headaches if you know what I mean,” he said.
So how did the men end up in an empty, unattended store?
Lederman said the players unknowingly entered her business when it was closed due to a half-lit store and a malfunctioning front door lock. Police reportedly called her to inform her of a tripped alarm, but when she got to the store there was nothing missing.
However, there was cash left at the counter.
“They could have ransacked the store. They could have really done anything” but they “were perfect gentlemen. They were looking to see if anyone was here. They looked in the back to make sure no one was lying on the floor dead,” Lederman added.

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- South Carolina All-American Jadeveon Clowney looked less than dominant against North Carolina, not that it mattered to him or the sixth-ranked Gamecocks.
Clowney shook off a stomach virus earlier in the week -- and some sluggish play during the game -- to help South Carolina's defense hold North Carolina to its lowest point total under coach Larry Fedora in a 27-10 victory to open the season Thursday night.
"Here I am back in front again, ready for all these questions about conditioning,'' Clowney said. "Let's go.''
• Instant analysis
Mike Davis ran 75 yards for a touchdown while Connor Shaw and Dylan Thompson each threw long scoring passes to put the Gamecocks in front. Clowney and company made it all stand up.
"Hats off to my defense,'' Clowney said. "As long as we get the win, that's all that matters to me.''
Steve Spurrier was disappointed at his team's conditioning on defense, including Clowney.
"Did you watch what I was watching?'' he said when asked about Clowney.
"No, I don't have to say it. You write what you see. We'll try and work on our conditioning for the entire team.''
Clowney did not have a sack and finished with three first-half tackles. The Tar Heels' fast-paced offense wore him down and forced him to the sideline for several pit stops, yet he and the defense mostly hemmed in North Carolina. Shaw and Thompson put South Carolina up 17-0 in the opening quarter. Shaw found Shaq Roland for a 65-yard touchdown on the game's third play. Thompson threw a 29-yard TD to Kane Whitehurst later in the quarter.
The game was delayed with 8:20 left when lightning closed in on the stadium. Fans filed out quickly and hit their cars as heavy rain and thunder pelted the field for about an hour.
It's been a steady stream of chatter about all things Clowney the past eight months, since he knocked the helmet off a Michigan runner in the Outback Bowl.
Should he sit out the year and protect his draft status as next year's No. 1 pick? How much insurance should he take out? Can he become the first defense-only player to win the Heisman Trophy?
If he makes it to New York for the Heisman Trophy presentation in December, he likely won't have this game on his highlight reel.
"Everybody always expects a lot from JD. He expects a lot from
himself,'' defensive coordinator Lorenzo Ward said. "I told him he might
have to watch what he's eating if his energy's down. We have to make
sure we can play more than three, four, five plays at a time.''
Clowney laughed off the expectations and promised things would improve.
"First game of the season,'' he said. "It's going to get better. Week after week, it's going to get better and better.''
North Carolina continually played away from Clowney's side with short passes and quick runs. When the Tar Heels did come his way, left tackle James Hurst -- an all-ACC player with NFL hopes of his own -- did a solid job keeping No. 7 in check. Clowney didn't agree, saying it was more North Carolina's tempo than Hurst's blocking that got to him.
"I wasn't really impressed like I was against the guy from Michigan,'' Clowney said, referring to Wolverines' Taylor Lewan.
Right before halftime, Clowney appeared to be breathing heavy in the 90-degree heat and humidity. There was a scary moment after play resumed when Clowney was cut from behind by backup offensive lineman Kiaro Holts, who was called for clipping. Davis finished with 115 yards on 12 carries. Shaw was 11 for 19 passing for 149 yards and his touchdown.
The Gamecocks looked like they might give their defense a break with a 17-point first quarter that was their biggest production in an opening-game quarter since 1996's 33-14 win over Central Florida. The Gamecocks outgained North Carolina 203 yards to 35 in the opening quarter.
The Tar Heels settled down a bit after that and closed to 17-7 on Renner's 4-yard TD pass to Quinshad Davis.
North Carolina, though, hurt itself several times. After the defense forced a three-and-out, T.J. Thorpe muffed the punt at midfield to keep South Carolina's drive going.
Elliott Fry added field goals of 39 and 26 yards in his first game at South Carolina.
Spurrier has said all summer that South Carolina is more than just Clowney. The Gamecocks defense certainly was, holding North Carolina's high-speed attack to 121 yards in the first 30 minutes. The Tar Heels averaged more than 40 points and 485 yards a game last year.
North Carolina opened the second half with a 17-play, 7-minute drive that ended with a field goal to cut the lead to 20-10. Then Davis, the younger brother of ex-Clemson 1,000-yard rusher James Davis, burst through the line on South Carolina's next snap and broke out for his long touchdown run. The Tar Heels couldn't make anything happen after that. Renner and the Tar Heels drove to South Carolina's 2 in the final two minutes, but could not score. Renner was stopped a yard short of the end zone by defensive tackle Kelcy Quarles.
Renner ended 26 of 43 with 194 yards. The Tar Heels finished with 293 yards.
Fedora wasn't sure why his offense stalled.
"We're in year two. I wish we were farther along than we are, but we're not,'' he said. "That was a good measuring stick for us. I didn't look at tonight and say, 'We're so far away we're not going to make it.' I don't think we're that far away.''

Dandy Don's LSU Sports Report
It was great hearing from many of you yesterday about my interview with Lyn Rollins, and my position-by-position comparison of LSU and TCU’s offenses. A few of you I heard from didn’t agree with me on giving a slight advantage to LSU at the quarterback position, and that’s understandable. I guess it comes down to how much of an affect missing most of last year has on TCU’s Casey Pachall, and whether Mettenberger shows the improvement I’m expecting of him. As I stated, this ought to be an interesting position to watch. Tomorrow we’ll continue the comparisons by looking at the defense and special teams, and I’ll give you my weekly predictions.
In recruiting news, Cam Robinson has pushed back his announcement to next Wednesday so that ESPNU can televise it live from West Monroe. After speaking to a number of people and reading everything I could find on the subject, I really don’t really have a strong feeling one way or the other as to whether he will choose LSU or Alabama. One thing I'd like to stress is that I do not think too much should be read into the fact that his announcement is coming on the heels of Cameron Sims committing to Alabama. As I've said before, I don’t think Sims’ decision has much bearing on this. The fact that Robinson was planning on waiting until an All-Star game but is now stating his intentions next week makes me think that he's feeling pressure to get this over with before the start of his senior season so that he can reduce distractions. What I find interesting is that some people I’ve heard from who are close to the situation believe that Robinson is still sincerely torn and uncertain on who he’ll choose.
In other recruiting news, LSU received some good news from the NCAA clearinghouse on two fronts. First, football signee Rashard Robinson found out yesterday that he has been cleared and can now report to LSU and join the team immediately. Having missed all of preseason camp, it will be interesting to see whether the extremely talented cornerback will be given a redshirt year. The other good news that LSU received from the clearinghouse is that Beloved Brown of Beaumont, Texas has been cleared to enroll at LSU and join the track and field team. That is especially good news considering that Beloved is the sister of 5-star cornerback Tony Brown (CB, 6'0", 182) who is expected to choose between LSU, Alabama and Texas A&M.
Last night I listened to the Les Miles radio talk show and it was obvious that Coach Miles feels very confident about his team and is looking forward to getting the season underway. I was extremely busy yesterday evening and wasn’t able to take notes on every question and answer like I usually do, but I did put together this summary of some of the key points:
• Miles spoke very highly of his defensive line, especially DE Jermauria Rasco, whom he called very athletic and very violent.
• On offense, Miles said they’ll use a variety of personnel groups and formations to mix things up, and that they will pass better and provide better pass protection. He also said the team will continue to pound the ball on the ground.
• As for the offensive line, Miles agreed with Hawthorn that it’s one of the biggest ever and spoke particularly highly of the right side with Trai Turner at guard and Jerald Hawkins at tackle.
• Miles said the true freshman Kendell Beckwith will see the field - some at LB, some on special teams, and maybe even some with his hand in the dirt off the edge.
• Other freshmen whom Miles named as being in a position to see playing time include defensive backs Tre’Davious White and Ricky Jefferson, and defensive end Tashawn Bower.
• Miles spoke very highly of backup quarterback Anthony Jennings but stressed that it’s Zach Mettenberger’s job.
• One caller asked which running back would be the go-to guy when the team needed one or two crucial yards, and Miles was quick to name Kenny Hilliard.
• Miles mentioned Travin Dural as someone who might be used on kick returns along with Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham, Jr.
• When asked about Jeremy Hill’s status, Miles was just as vague as before, stating simply that Hill is being disciplined and will be withheld from playing time, without specifying how much playing time would be withheld.
With only two days remaining until it all gets underway, I want to point out that there are still plenty of listings for LSU-TCU tickets on my ticket exchange page. And the usual reminders... if you're planning on making the trip, please be sure to check out our page of Things to See and Do in the Dallas / Fort Worth Area, and if you're looking for a place to watch the game with like-minded Tiger Fans, be sure to check out list of LSU Alumni View-In Parties.

Desmond Howard picks LSU to win it all (Posted on 8/29/13 at 7:13 am)
I attended the College Football Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony last night. Every fan should put this on their bucket list.
Charles Alexander, as previously posted, was enshrined .. class act (on his way to Dallas for the Sa night's game).
A panel of sportswriters (Tony Barnhardt, Wes Durham, Matt Stinchcomb, Desmond Howard, et al) opined for about 1/2 hour. Desmond, " LSU is the one team that plays Alabama consistently." He expects strong things from Zach M due to Cam. He picked LSU to win the National Championship.
He would end by saying " .. and that's why I pick the Tiiiiiigers", singing the 'i' with a smooth melody. Yeah, I got chills.

Ready or not, it's here. The start of the college football season is upon us with all of its promise and potential.
Throughout the SEC, there's a sense of new beginnings, of hope, of the fresh start so many programs have been longing for. Gus Malzahn will lead Auburn for the first time as its head coach, Bret Bielema and Butch Jones will coach their first games in the SEC at Arkansas and Tennessee, respectively, and Mark Stoops will take the first steps in rebuilding a Kentucky program that's struggled historically.
Everyone is on an even keel today, but that all changes when the lines are painted and the football is teed up for the start of the season. So as you get ready for all that Week 1 has to offer, keep an eye on these few things:
1. Return of the champs: Alabama has all the ingredients to make another run at a national title. AJ McCarron and T.J. Yeldon are Heisman Trophy contenders, and the defense is once again littered with potential All-Americans. With a league-best 16 players chosen to the Coaches' Preseason All-SEC Team, there's no doubting the talent assembled in Tuscaloosa, Ala. But can Nick Saban fend off complacency again and help his team meet its full potential? That remains to be seen, though a season opener against Virginia Tech is a good place to start. The Hokies are a three-touchdown underdog that Alabama could easily overlook with a bye week and Texas A&M to follow. Will overconfidence get the best of the Tide? If UA comes out with anything less than 100 percent effort, that could signal trouble for the road ahead.
3. Can LSU's offense turn the corner?: There have been glimpses of potential, but LSU's offense has never reached its full potential under Les Miles. The defense has been great, sure, but when it's come to scoring points, the Tigers left something to be desired. Not having the right quarterback had something to do with that, though, but this season, that excuse and all others won't be enough as Zach Mettenberger enters his senior season under center and new offensive coordinator Cam Cameron takes control. LSU will still line up and play power football, which it has always done well. The passing game, though, could use some spark, and Miles hopes Cameron is the guy to light that fire, starting with the season opener against TCU. Just because the Horned Frogs come from the defensively challenged Big 12 doesn't mean coach Gary Patterson's squad can't play ball. TCU has long been SEC-like on defense with playmakers like defensive lineman Devonte Fields and cornerback Jason Verrett. They'll get after Mettenberger and give LSU fans an early look at what the Tigers' offense is truly capable of.
4. Florida seeking playmakers: The Gators' woes on offense have been well documented. After all, Florida hasn't had a 1,000-yard receiver or rusher since 2004. Since Tim Tebow left, there hasn't been a lot of chomp to the Gators' bite. For all of Jeff Driskel's faults as a young quarterback, it was hard to figure out exactly who he was supposed to get the football to last season. There was no Percy Harvin to be found. While there doesn't appear to be an All-American brewing at wide receiver now, this season should be better. Losing Matt Jones for the season opener hurts, but it should give other players a chance to step up and make plays. With a date with in-state rival Miami looming, coming out with a bang against Toledo could serve as the springboard to bigger and better things in 2013.
5. Which Johnny Football will it be?: It's only Rice, but Johnny Manziel needs to come out and set the tone right away for what kind of season he hopes to have. The Aggies’ success depends on it. After an offseason filled with turmoil, it's time for all of College Station to turn the page. We've heard time and time again that it will get better when Manziel can put aside the distractions and focus solely on football. Now, he has to prove it. If he really is tired of the college life and ready to move on to the NFL, he'll have to show he's capable of handling the spotlight and performing on the football field. Veterans like Luke Luke Joeckel, Ryan Swope and Damontre Moore are gone. For better or worse, it's Manziel's team, and the pressure is on him now more than ever.
