Tinker
When
we are talking to our friend that become very unfriendly because of how they
feel over an emotion that they feel very strongly about, that can become a
moment that test our real virtues in the best of us. I really don't know what
to tell you in that moment of strained confrontation, other than to simply do
nothing to make the matter of the disputed worse.
Because
after all I really don't want to hurt my friend like I would or could hurt my
enemy. Hurting the people we don't like is very easy because all we need to do
is to let go of all the fierce aggression simmering below the service which is
always available to really hurt or kill someone with. Guns and knives control
are really not the problem to curtail violent crime with but the
emotions that we use to hurt or kill other people with is.
I
can take every weapon away from my children that I can find so as to make them
unavailable for them to use on each other, when they get into a fight. But let’s
face it I cannot cut off their arms and hands or remove their minds in trying
to stop them from hurting or killing one another with.
When
and where there is a will, there is a way.
So
violent crimes are really committed by people who want to do them. So people
who want to kill someone are in fact given into the emotional feeling inside
of them that becomes only a matter of time when they get around to doing it.
Why do people hurt or kill one another? Because they want to.
That
is the true nature of crime that is so hard to deal with. The emotion used to
commit them with. Just how should a civilized society deal with people who act
on those criminal emotions?
So
far we lock them away from the rest of us in Jails and Prisons scarred around
this country. The names of those prisons tell us everything that we know about
the criminals inside.
Jesus
Christ was of course right going to the sinners trying to help them save
themselves. Because the rest of us were somehow simply luckier to escape the
emotional mistakes that keeps putting bad people behind prison bars. That most
of us are sinners that will go on to interfere with our moments with God, and
perhaps keep us out of heaven. But let's not confuse the fact that most people
don't commit violent crime like some of the people behind bars have done. The
hardcore criminals have the emotional problems that most of the world
population don't give into. Their sin is not our sin, the reasons that the
criminal commit crimes over are not our responsibility. But in fact theirs.
Personally
I think that the people behind bars want to be behind bars having someone else
to take care of them. While the rest of us are out here in the so called free
world trying to take care of yourself and family, friends and neighbors in the
best way we can.
Free
people work at being responsible controlling the feeling that might put us
behind bars too. So I thought that we could never be happy until we start
taking care of our own business. Working at our jobs, buying our own stuff.
But
the criminals behind bars don't feel like that, and make what I said about that
not so. No! They like someone else taking care of them, and are removing
themselves out of circulation because they really don't want to work for a
living. That they are really happy being behind bars, because that is what they wanted
all alone.
Why else are they there, and we are not?
Leavening
us with no alternative but to keep very bad people under lock and key. Because the
trouble with friendly people is that they become hateful.
