Privacy Laws! What privacy Laws?

Tinker

The American people privacy laws in the past hundred years have been screwed over for real, big time?
From Franklin Dellinger Roosevelt to Barack Obama the American people culture of the United States has declined into a quagmire of social emotional conflicts that has in reality only further pushed America politic into a death spiral of no return.
That the history of the others country's with a similar declining culture fate was not very kind too at all.
Now the favorite story line in this American culture is to look for gossip like an addiction. On the on line media live wire received on their Smartphones, Computers, TV’s, Radio. About just who is talking and acting political correct. So if they are not they then will become the latest and greatest sound bite that will be spread shamefully in and around this world in real time.
We are living in a culture that is fast to look at BeyoncĂ© sister slapping Jay Z in privet on a hotel elevator overhead camera, that is worth big money to the gossip media. That will be notice faster than let’s say what has happen to this country's economy.

This American century culture where young American are pushing vulgar music, nudity and odd behavior openly in public as if that is the more important thing to them. Then let’s say wearing their close more respectfully in public. That the amount of time that this culture use on emotional problems have truly become epistemic to the population all over this world.
This culture is getting to the point that if you are not talking about something sexy you are simply boring and not worthy of further attention?
That what you say in privet is made public and tried and judged in this culture media on TV, in a real time public court. And then will receiving absolute judgment from the mob watching.

So how do you like those apples Mr. & Mrs. America?
Privacy Laws! What privacy Laws?

The Right to Refuse Service: Can a Business Refuse Service to Someone Because of Appearance, Odor or Attitude?

Leanne Phillips - Oct 2007

Is it a violation of your civil rights for a business to refuse to serve you because of the way you look, the way you smell, or the way you act? The answer is...it depends.

The Federal Civil Rights Act guarantees all people the right to "full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin."

The right of public accommodation is also guaranteed to disabled citizens under the Americans with Disabilities Act, which precludes discrimination by businesses on the basis of disability.
