GUILBEAU: SEC tiebreaker would still be intact for LSU ... Only If
11/20/2014 6:00:00 AM

A
five-way deadlock at 6-2 in the Southeastern Conference’s Western
Division among Alabama, Mississippi State, Auburn, LSU and Ole Miss was
possible and really not that much of a reach.
The
five-way tie variables were for too intricate to put into words – or to
figure out. But it was conceivable that it could progress to the
seventh tiebreaker that involved the West tied teams’ record against
their two East opponents.
A simpler formula
as far as LSU was concerned was presented in sharp detail by LSU’s own
Daily Reveille, one of the best student newspapers in America. The best
bet for the Tigers, who were 7-2 overall and 3-2 in the West at the time
following an impressive 10-7 win over No. 3 Ole Miss, was to have
Auburn – 7-1 overall 4-1 in the West at the time - lose three games.
That way, if LSU won out against Alabama, Arkansas and Texas A&M,
and the other three teams won and lost in the right combinations for a
four-way tie at 6-2, LSU would win the West.

We also have a mathematician possibility that a meteorite
is going to slam into this world going so fast that everyone living here is
going to be cremated. That also one day LSU will hire another head college
football coach who is not as stupid as Les Miles.
So seriously I do not believe that LSU could become tied in the Western conference for anything other than last place, as well as first place also. And I am not looking for that to happen any time soon and I have become kinder boarded in how Les Miles is coaches the LSU college football team this past year. Because for some reason the excitement has become predictable and the monotony of doing everything on the college football field the hard way has become boring. Right now I don't care what Les miles says because I know that nothing is going to change in the LSU football program in 2015.
