LSU Skip Bertman hire him for goodness sakes, shhhh and just play along.

Tinker

What is this walk to the nearest LSU Fighting Tiger college football lunching with your friends to hear Les Miles speak, who of course never says anything of substance. Only to be conditioned to follow along to not rock the boat with the LSU P/C behavior crowd. As to not really start talking about the LSU college football program for real. Play along with the happy smoke going around the room. You know the "Les Miles is the winningest coach in LSU history talking point thing."
Don't argue over Les Miles coaching ability or redundant offense that doesn't work. So you will not get shunned by the loyal alumni and LSU crowd laughing at the stale speaker jokes.
You don't want to be jeered by the more loyal elitist LSU in crowd football fans who are running the Show. Just don't make waves about Les Miles OK.

And if by chance you have an intelligent conversation with a likeminded LSU football fans, don't talk too loudly so as to be over heard by the coach and his friends.

Keep your criticisms quietly to yourselves. And just play along like everything LSU is just great.
