As far back as I can remember I had a cousin who lost his life to a Chinese machine gunner in Korea. And our fathers and friends had their family members die before that in World War II. I have close friends and family members who went into the jungles of Vietnam to be maimed and also killed.

I had friends and family who went into the Middle East Wars like Desert storm, Iraq, and Afghanistan. And who are still fighting and dying for the honor and safety of our country's population. So of course they need no defense because their history speak for them.

In the meantime all of us have lost our Mothers, Sisters, Wives, Brothers, Fathers, and friends to death as all those selfsame people truly love us all. So those wonderful personality's from the fallen who are in us the people that are left behind. And we must be true to them now because the brave people who have lost their lives doing their duty defending us, can't defend themselves now. So that responsibility is ours to proudly hold and lift up high in the true spirit of their mantle.

And to be the people who love them with gratitude and appreciation just as though they are still here with us now.
