LSU commit Damonte Coxie has a performance 'for the books' in LHSCA/LFCA All-Star game

Jesuit receiver Kalija Lipscomb had a perfect assessment of the the 2015 LHSCA/LFCA All-Star Game.
"Damonte (Coxie)'s a superstar out here," Lipscomb said.
The East St. John receiver and LSU commit, turned in a headlining performance to lead the East squad to a 35-25 come from behind victory in the 2015 LHSCA/LFCA All-Star game held at Doug Williams Stadium in Baton Rouge.
Coxie had six catches for nearly 200 yards and two touchdowns the second one being the go ahead score that had several in attendance speechless.
"That last touchdown....man Damonte... that was something for the books," Lipscomb said about the go ahead score.
The East squad was trailing 25-22 late in the fourth quarter St. Paul's quarterback Kenny Sears came in to throw for a first down and delivered a pass over the middle to Coxie. Coxie then dragged a defender with him about 20 yards to the endzone for the lead.
"I just got to make a play for the team," Coxie said of his thought proccess. "We were down and they trusted me enough to throw the ball deep so I had to make a play."
