Play Ball!!!

---------
Thomas Williams

Even after all of the different changing lifestyle and fads in our everyday life over the years. Baseball and the major league players who have been playing baseball never stop to keep thrilling me, knowing about what they are doing playing the game.

Mickey Mantle was a very exceptional baseball player who had extra power when he connected hitting the Baseball. So comparing a player now to him is a mouthful.
I was one of many becoming thrilled seeing Mickey Mantle hit a long home run over the right field third deck in old Yankee Stadium. “On top of the roof!!!”
Mantle was very exciting to see play baseball like that. Then again when Willy Mays hit four home runs in Chicago, that was another magical moment watching Willy Mays play also. Willy Mays could run, catch, throw, and hit, with the best players who ever play the game.
No hitters, and slick double plays, like "Tinker to Evers to Chance" poem, never cease to stop pleasing me watching the best player that money can buy simply play baseball in front of me too.
Baseball's Sad Lexicon
These are the saddest of possible words:
"Tinker to Evers to Chance."
Trio of bear cubs, and fleeter than birds,
Tinker and Evers and Chance.
Ruthlessly pricking our gonfalon[a] bubble,
Making a Giant hit into a double[b] –
Words that are heavy with nothing but trouble:
"Tinker to Evers to Chance."

Baseball is truly a lot of fun for everyone back then, and now.
