LSU running back Leonard Fournette showed an outward sign of support
for Alton Sterling on Thursday afternoon, tweeting out a photo of
himself wearing a white t-shirt with a blown-up image of Sterling on the
front.
Sterling, a black man, was fatally shot by a white police officer in a Baton Rouge convenience store parking lot Tuesday after officers reportedly responded to a disturbance call. His death has rocked the area, but it is eerily reminiscent of similar deadly shootings that have sparked activism and protests across the country.

And for Les Miles to tell Leonard Fournette to leave his own personal politics off of the LSU football programs agenda: Because that man on his t-shirt has a very long rap sheet against the law, so why doesn't he wait for the facts to be better known before doing that?
We all have problems. So protest your own personal problems on your own time, and not LSU time. Because I do not presume to go into your personal problems and LSU has enough problems of their own.
LSU Tigers fans like to use our discretion and manners when we are in privet, or in public.
The media is splitting hairs playing semantical games. The media wants some sort of open declaration that black people are threatened by police unnecessarily. And that is not true.

Leonard
Fournette is not only an All American football player for the L.S.U.
Tigers but he has numerous times shown his compassion for people. Any
time a person loses his life, this is a tragedy. Leonard Fournette is a
rare human being that we desperately need more of in todays world.

He's
not rare. That's why you see people responding to what happens when
ALL people are murdered. Some get more media attention than others.

LF
has obviously been made aware of all the facts. The investigation has
already been completed and that is probably why he is showing his
support.
What do you mean the investigation hasn't been concluded? He's not really taking sides, just because he has a picture of the guy on a t shirt he is wearing?
What's the name of that Saints player that was killed in New Orleans a short time back. Everyone was "POSITIVE" that he was gunned down in the street for no reason at all. hmmm

If
LF wants to wear a shirt as a tribute to Sterling, it's his right to do
so. Whether I agree or disagree makes no difference to his right.
