The Clown at Pontchartrain Beach

When we were younger living in New Orleans that is, of course, a Port City below sea level just about sounder by water.
The clear water of Lake Pontchartrain was a great place to go swimming and fishing in. That also had a great Amusement Park like Atlantic City Cony island fun rides of that time in 1940, 50, 60, and 70. That was called Pontchartrain Beach.
Being a teenager and living in 1950 New Orleans was just about the best time you could have at that age living in the right place, at the right time, with the right people.
