Twitter adopts 'poison pill' measure that could thwart Elon Musk's takeover bid

New York (CNN Business)Twitter's board of directors has adopted a limited-term shareholder rights plan called a "poison pill" that could make it harder for Elon Musk to acquire the company.

The "poison pill" provision, announced in a press release Friday, preserves the right for Twitter shareholders other than Musk to acquire more shares of the company at a relatively inexpensive price, effectively diluting Musk's stake. The provision will be triggered if Musk (or any other investor) acquires more than 15% of the company's shares. Musk currently owns around 9% of Twitter's shares.

Dear Oracle. This country's elected officials, Deep State members running the US government, media, Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube are scared and downright frantic about Elon Musk taking over Twitter. Why?

Oracle: Yes, Tom. Everything is divided there in America now. 

You will be going to court over everything because the Woke Deep State members want to remake laws about everything.

Everything is upside down when you have Elon Musk getting rejected. So if I were a Twitter person, I would be upset over the Twitter Board members stopping me from becoming a richer shareholder.

That is what the Twitter board does is to manage the company in the shareholder's financial best entrest.

Look what they did turn down an offer that would make the shareholders rich.

And how because this Twitter board doesn't want to give into Elon Musk taking over Twitter. 

The board members said Elon Musk is not the right sort they want to associate with. in 2022.

So the Twitter board discriminated against him by saying it's morality. That is what they are doing, quote, "we don't want his kind."

At all costs, even to Twitter's financial detriment.

Because Twitter is so highly moral convinces everybody else about it, acting pathetic and twisted to us.
