How could the LSU Administration go along with that 2020 injustice?

 Thomas Williams - Facebook

Victor David Hanson is criticizing young students who do not even study Physics. Their whole preparation criticizes dead people who gave their lives over what they believed. What has this woke generation done for their Universities or their country nothing? The woke people fail to study what they are doing. Hateful, woke people criticize people past and dead by pulling down statues and being disrespectful creatures. These Woke people do not deserve anything because they have not worked for anything. Who has no honor because honor comes from your good deeds? What good deeds have this woke generation done? Talking out of the side of their mouth about people they hardly really know tearing down statues of dead people? I want to spank them every time I hear one of these pampered children Talk. I want LSU to replace General Troy Middleton once the President of LSU name is back up over the LSU library. That was a catastrophe, pulling his name down. He was a part of the famous Flying Tigers fighting Japan in World War 2 over China. That is a disgrace, and I want General Troy Middleton's name back up there, wanting that Injustice fixed.

"General Middleton and the Battle of the Bulge

Gen. Dwight Eisenhower, Supreme Allied Commander (left) and Gen. Troy Middleton, commander of the VIII Crops in Belgium, November 1944."

"Troy Middleton, president emeritus of LSU and for whom the main library on campus was named from 1979-2020, was a division and corps commander in World War II. The most important battle in which he led troops was the Battle of the Bulge, also known as the Ardennes Offensive, which took place between December 16, 1944, and January 25, 1945. In this blog post, we commemorate the 70th anniversary of the battle and Middleton’s role in it."
