Tinker
Talking about other people was once considered rude, and not the thing to do. Gossiping about what privet information that we know about other people business was not a polite way to act around each other in a public setting. Now just look at us, Facebook, Tweeter, Talk Show Television, Scandalized Cable Network News Programing, ect. Goodness do you realize that the World population is gossiping now Morning, Noon, and Night with no end in sight.
The crazy obsession of our present day society that is
turning to a population of the latest technological fad, whatever that
might be. That has seize this generation of people with Computer Cell
Phones, HD Televisions, Entertainment Devices, that is driving people
into constantly using Smartphones, and Texting their real time away.
Addiction is everywhere.
Our yesterday
assumptions that responsible educated people would protect us from
irresponsible abuse of harmful Medicines and Technology is now turning
into a cold rationalization that we are not protected from all those
things at all.
Because now we really see just how bad off this world
population is, it is the people themselves that is the scary mist within
our society's culture, addicting themselves and their neighbors with
just about everything that they are handling.
We are becoming apart of a mast self destruction of people losing control of their own feeling that is picking up speed to it inevitable tragic end. I mean look at what they are looking at, see what they are seeing. Listening to what they are saying, hearing what they are talking about. And watching them move where they are going. All of what they are doing has me pulling back away from them, not towards them. I am still trying to be a decent person, delighting in the good in my life, I like being good. I don't want to make fun of uneducated people getting glad over hurting their feeling, or destroy anything. I am not going to do what they are doing, never.
Too many times listening to gossip is just as bad as talking about it. So my New Year's resolution for 2014 is that I hope that people start thinking about controlling their feeling better in the coming days.
And to give their serious consideration about simply not listen to people talking about each other in a rude and abusive way, for the New Year.

Good morning, Tiger Fans, and Happy New Year! I hope all of you enjoyed ringing in the New Year last night, and I wish you health and happiness in 2014.
At noon today (Central Standard Time), the Tigers will look to start the new year with a bang when they take on the Iowa Hawkeyes in the Outback Bowl. The game will be televised on ESPN with Mike Tirico, Jon Gruden and Lisa Salters on the call, and I invite all of you who use social media to follow DandyDonLSU on Twitter as I will be tweeting a few comments and stats throughout the game.
If you’re like me, you don’t need any help getting pumped up for today’s game, but just in case be sure to check out this new hype video by LesMiles.net. It’s sure to get your blood flowing and put you in a Game Day mode.
In recruiting news, to say that tomorrow is a very important day for the LSU football program would be an understatement. This statement needs no explanation to those of you who follow recruiting as I do. But in case you don’t, here's a good article by AndTheValleyShook entitled, “Recruiting for Those of Us Who Don't Follow Recruiting.” Several of LSU’s biggest targets will be announcing their schools of choice during tomorrow Under Armour All-America Game at 3 p.m. CT on ESPN, and in my next report I'll post my thoughts on LSU's chances of signing each of them.
One of the five major LSU targets expected to announce his school of choice tomorrow, cornerback Tony Brown of Beaumont, TX, suffered a shoulder injury during yesterday’s Under Armor practice. The latest news I've seen on his injury is from a tweet by SportsNewsToday stating that Brown’s shoulder popped out of place and was popped back in, and that it will be Brown’s decision whether to play or not in Thursday’s game. Considering the adversity that Brown has had to overcome in the last few years, which is documented in this terrific article by ESPN, and that fact that his ailing father will be there for the game and announcement, my bet would be that Brown will play.

http://247sports.com/Article/ How-LSU-can-move-to-No-1-in- 247Sports-team-recruiting- rankings-168623
LSU is currently ranked 11th in the 247Sports team recruiting rankings, but the Tigers may actually have an opportunity to jump Alabama for the No. 1 class by the end of the Under Armour All-America Game Thursday.
Here’s how.
LSU currently has 251.56 team points. Alabama on the other hand is sitting with 299.01 points. Out of the eight recruits scheduled to declare during the Under Armour All-America game, LSU is leading for five of them according to the 247Sports Crystal Ball. And better yet – they are all 247Sports Composite five-stars.
According to the 247Sports Class Calculator, if the Tigers land Leonard Fournette, Speedy Noil, Tony Brown, Gerald Willis and Jamal Adams, LSU’s point total will be 302.86 and put them in the No. 1 spot.
However, this scenario is contingent upon Alabama not landing any more commitments on or before Thursday. Alabama is also in the running for Fournette and Brown along with Jalen Tabor and Travis Rudolph who are scheduled to announce during the All-America game.
Hypothetically if LSU runs a clean sweep of Fournette, Noil, Brown, Willis and Adams and Alabama picks up either Tabor or Rudolph, the Tide will hold onto the No. 1 spot. Tabor would give Alabama 305.41 and Rudolph alone committing would give the Tide 303.45 points compared to the Tigers 302.86. Land both and Alabama would have 309.15 points.
If Alabama leaves Under Armour empty handed, they still could re-take the No. 1 spot two days later.
247Sports Composite four-stars Matt Elam and Brian Wallace are scheduled to announce during the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Saturday. Both have Alabama in their top two, but both would have to commit to push the Tide back to No. 1.

http://lsu.247sports.com/ Article/Clifton-Garretts- commitment-starts-LSUs-big- push-to-NSD-167227
For faithful followers of the
crazy game of recruiting, there’s been a focus - born long before this
year - on LSU's 2014 class, one rich with in-state talent at the top and
heavy on out-of-state names with interest in the Tigers. For even the
most casual follower of prep football, five-stars like Leonard Fournette and Clifton Garrett are household names.
Perhaps even the No. 1 class, a mark that Les Miles hasn’t hit during his time in Baton Rouge despite consistent top-10 hauls.
With 41 days until signed scholarship letters come across the fax machine at LSU, just how close are the Tigers to landing the top class in the country?
Close… And the dominoes are starting to fall.
Earlier this week, the first domino of the dead period dropped when Garrett - a five-star and the No. 1-ranked outside linebacker in the country - went public with his commitment to LSU, giving the Tigers 16 commitments in a class that is expected to hit the limit of 25 signees.
With Garrett on board, the Tigers moved up to the No. 11 spot in the 247Sports team rankings.
Nine scholarship spots remain unaccounted for, and while nearly each domino remaining will be labeled with a five-star, the foundation built thus far is as impressive as any group of 16 in the country.
LSU offensive coordinator Cam Cameron already has his next quarterback on board in Brandon Harris, the No. 3 dual-threat quarterback prospect in the country. With Cameron wanting to run an offense where the quarterback can utilize both his arms and legs, the Tigers should be in good hands with Harris and Anthony Jennings.
Fournette headlines an impressive Jan. 2 list of announcements
The Tigers also have two of the top-ranked guards in the country committed in Will Clapp and Garrett Brumfield, and both chose to stay home and play for LSU over serious interest from Alabama.
While heavy hitters at wide receiver and running back are still expected into the class over the final 41 days, assistants Frank Wilson and Adam Henry have already locked up in-state running back Darrel Williams and wide receiver Trey Quinn, who is now the nation's all-time leader in receiving yards at the high school level.
Also on the offensive side: the country’s No. 6 tight end Jacory Washington, receiver and return specialist D.J. Chark and 6-foot-2 and 230-pound Lone Star State standout Tony Upchurch, who projects at a number of positions, including a potential pass-catching tight end.
On defense, the headliner beyond Garrett is Edward Paris, ranked by the 247Composite as the No. 4 safety in the class. Four-star and Top 200 commitment Devin Voorhies also projects as a safety, and Florida sleeper John Battle is someone the Tigers feel confident can make an impact at the position, meaning names like Paris could slide down and try their hand at cornerback. Karr standout Donnie Alexander, a 6-foot-1 and 205-pound outside linebacker, is also already in the fold.
Then there’s four-star defensive linemen Davon Godchaux and Deondre Clark, who the Tigers nabbed out of Oklahoma City after interest ramped up between the sides before his junior season.
It’s a group littered with talent, but as the recruiting world goes, the next name to drop is just as important to the overall puzzle.
Rome wasn’t built in a day, but the finishing touches are certainly near.
Which begs every fans favorite question: when will the next domino fall?
It could come sooner than Jan. 2, but that’s when the wave will begin to fall.
At the Under Armour All-American Game in St. Petersburg, Leonard Fournette, Speedy Noil, Gerald Willis and Jamal Adams are all set to announce their college decisions. The same could go for Tony Brown, though the early enrollee and two-sport standout, who is widely considered an LSU lean, could pop sooner.
All five of the aforementioned are five-star prospects. That means LSU could have the potential to land five five-star prospects in the span of a few hours.
A quick plug in of names into the 247Sports Class Calculator reveals that LSU would move from No. 11 (251.33) to No. 2 (286.25) if they secure commitments from Fournette, Willis and Brown. Toss in Noil, and the score moves up to 295.32 points, while the addition of Adams would bump the Tigers to 294.71. Landing both, and clean sweeping the group of five, would give LSU 302.70 points, enough to pass up Alabama (298.85) and sit in the No. 1 spot with a month until signing day.
Then there’s the next wave of names that will come on NSD.
The Tigers appear to be in good shape for five-star wide receiver Malachi Dupre and four-star linebacker Kenny Young, and the press is clearly on for five-stars Adoree’ Jackson, Malik McDowell and Lorenzo Carter, who will give LSU his first official visit when the dead period opens on Jan. 15.
Other defensive linemen are also being pressed, from Miami commitment Travonte Valentine to Ole Miss commitment Breeland Speaks.
Even safety Hootie Jones is testing the waters with LSU, dropping his commitment from Alabama with hopes of looking around for a final time before signing his scholarship papers as an early-enrollee. Depending on which direction Adams goes, could the Tigers end up back in the mix for the Neville standout?
No matter how the next 41 days plays out, there’s still the one expected in a recruiting world filled with twists and turns.
LSU will finish with one of the nation’s top classes.
But as Tigers do, LSU remains lying in the weeds - sitting outside the top 10 in the class rankings - before their attack on the final stretch before National Signing Day in February.
