Yes, Jesus was the first person to tell us that God is a forgiving God who loves us. All you need to do is repent, to save the heart of your soul's spirit, feeling the great moment of God's true friendship, making moments like that together all worthwhile. Before Jesus, God was a tyrant who would treat you cruelly if you disobeyed him. Does that sound familiar?
