He was not surrendering with his hands up.

Tinker

Without the police officer walking around in our Towns and Cities our community would be a very dangerous place for us to live in. So why then are policeman getting use as a political tool in a race dividing TV Show that Barack Obama, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, are doing in their realm of their social influence here in the United States, because they look like that they are circling the wagons, don't thay.

Why is the President of the United States using the policeman as a boogie man against the black American people living in America?

Barack Obama, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, knows that Michael Brown was not shot with his hands up in the air because that story was proved a ball face lie.

The facts in that investigation said that other witness disputed that bad information so what is this crap accusing the policeman of something that never happen that way?

Something else must be very frightening to the people in the White House, so what is it? The IRS scandal, or something else that is about to really get these deceitful Democratic politicians in trouble with the law.

What is really going on Mr. President?

Because 50 000 cameras are not enough for 500 000 police officers in the United States.
You are still not serious about what you are saying, now are you?

Missouri law allows a person to use deadly force defending himself when he has a “reasonable belief” he needs to use deadly force. The law goes on to define a reasonable belief as one based on “grounds that could lead a reasonable person in the same situation to the same belief.”

Unsurprisingly, Officer Darren Wilson testified to the grand jury that he reasonably believed he needed to use deadly force to defend himself against Michael Brown. But the clinching argument on this point is that other reasonable people — i.e., some credible eyewitnesses — agreed with Wilson.
