Ft. Ticonderoga overlooks Lake Champlain where it meets Lake George. Captured from the British in 1775 by Benedict Arnold, Ethan Allen, and the Green Mountain Boys without a shot fired. The following year, the bookseller Henry Knox moved the cannon from Ft Ticonderoga through ice and snow the 200+ miles to Dorchester Heights, outside of Boston. This action forced the British to evacuate Boston.

Thomas Williams: 241 years ago where you and I are now studying about what they did there back then about the people who began the birth of this nation at Ft. Ticonderoga overlooks Lake Champlain upstate New York.

Later Benedict Arnold sole George Washington out to the British setting up an ambush that was exposed, and did not work. So praise God and pass the ammunition because it is our turn now.
