The football game is a madding experience for LSU fans like me - Final LSU 24 Texas A&M 19

Tinker Town: " How can I not be grateful for my favorite college football team LSU winning a college football game against Texas A&M 24 to 19. Making this college football season won lost LSU record now, 7-1. And after a week off about to play the # 1 BCS football team Alabama for one of a most important college football game in tiger stadium this year, on national television before the entire world.
I would need my head examined not to feel happy over that LSU victory. But I can honestly tell you guys, that I am just grateful that the Texas A&M football game is over, and LSU won. My head coach Les Miles don't know how to make a first down when LSU needs one. So the football game that LSU plays are a heart attack waiting to happen, when LSU plays against good football team. And the game is just about always the same - dumb offensive madness displayed by head coach Les Miles because he does not know anything about coaching offense. Nothing. So the game is a madding experience for LSU fans like me, because Les Miles is crackers."

By RICHARD FISCHER and HUNT PALMER
COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Good morning and welcome to Kyle Field for the first regular-season game between LSU and Texas A&M since 1995 and the first ever as conference opponents.
It’s almost fitting that the game gets an early start with the sun high in the sky as these two long-time rivals renew their acquaintances in a good, old-fashioned Lone Star State dual.
Both teams enter the contest with similar resumes on paper. Both are 2-1 in league play. Both lost to Florida. Both won all of their other games. And both have Alabama on the upcoming schedule so they control their destinies in the SEC West. That means that a lot is at stake at the Home of the 12th Man. I am going to need a therapist to help me to keep watching our LSU tigers play college football games coached by Les Miles. I think that he is crackers, and I don’t want to get like him…At the half LSU 14 to A&M 12, and I don’t know what to expect next?

I’m so tired of watching this anemic offense. Mettenberger can’t run, can’t pass and no one else can run because nobody respects the pass and stacks 8 and 9 at the line. This is the same defense that La. Tech shredded last week.

No. 6 LSU forces five turnovers, rallies past Texas A&M

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- LSU's play-making defense saved the Tigers again.
Jeremy Hill rushed for a career-high 127 yards and a touchdown, and the sixth-ranked Tigers rallied from an early deficit to beat Texas A&M (No. 18 BCS, No. 20 AP) 24-19 at Kyle Field on Saturday.

Michael Ford also had a touchdown run and Zach Mettenberger threw a TD pass to Kadron Boone for the Tigers (7-1, 3-1 Southeastern Conference), who scored 21 points off four Texas A&M turnovers.
A&M (5-2, 2-2) outplayed the Tigers for much of the first half and led 12-0, LSU's largest deficit since the national championship game against Alabama in January. But the Aggies gave away two costly turnovers just before halftime, and Boone's diving catch in the end zone with 11 seconds left put LSU up 14-12 at the break. Hill finished off A&M with a 47-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. Read more...http://scores.espn.go.com/ncf/recap?gameId=322940245

Tennessee vs. Alabama: Score, Twitter Reaction, Grades and More

1-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide rolled to their seventh consecutive victory in a 44-13 stomping of the Tennessee Volunteers in their house.

The No. 1-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide rolled to their seventh consecutive victory in a 44-13 stomping of the Tennessee Volunteers in their house. Things were close early, but the Tide pulled ahead and finished the game in a dominant fashion that only they're capable of.
Alabama dominated with defense and special teams in the first half. In the middle of the second quarter, its average starting position was the 45-yard line.
Following a three-yard AJ McCarron touchdown pass to tight end Michael Williams, that special-teams advantage turned backwards on them.
Volunteers wide receiver and kick returner Cordarrelle Patterson took a kickoff back 45 yards to the Crimson Tide 48-yard line.
Tyler Bray then hit Mychal Rivera, his tight end, for a 43-yard strike that brought the Vols to the Tide’s 5-yard line. That set up a two-yard A.J. Johnson touchdown run and brought the game within a 20-10 margin.
That would be the closest the game got, as the Tide proceeded to dominate the Vols from that point on.
We've got all the best of today’s Twitter reaction, grades for each team’s key players and a look ahead for both of these SEC schools below. Read more...http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1378905-tennessee-vs-alabama-score-twitter-reaction-grades-and-more
