Thomas Williams:
Les
Miles is staying true to form in how he keeps adjust his personality to play up
to the Show for appearance sake. Knowing all along that his personality doesn't
have the winning intangibles of a man who thoroughly know his job.
Les Miles start becoming an entertainer and plays to the emotion of the people around him. After doing that he has nothing else left to help the young college football players become more efficient playing football. And Miles had no imagination for helping the LSU football team to simply make a first down, when the team needed that the most.
The people at that Les Miles Radio Show who likes to share the TV limelight seem to also play up to the Show for the Show sake. Because who in their right mind would shed tears over someone you really don't know that allowed Alabama, Arkansas, Ole Miss, to comply run roughshod over the LSU fighting tigers football team.

LESS
miles is a total IDIOT cannot even form a sentence- if you watch him on
tv interviews he looks like "Ricky Bobby " On Talladegga Nights not
knowing what to do with his hands- This Man has had all kinds of talent
over the years and has wasted most of it, the National championship came
on Saban's coat tails - he cannot and will not make adjustments during
or before a game - Go away LESS! GO Away
-----------
I
love Les Miles and I think it would be a horrible mistake to let him go
because he lost control of the team this year. He has done too much
for LSU over the years. A National Championship in 2007 and Number 2 in
2011 and lets not forget that Miles and LSU beat Bama that year in
Bama. Bama should not even have been in that game. They were
Unworthy!!! They did not win the SEC Championship. They didn't even
win the SEC West. There was actually some talk about if the game was
close of actually giving LSU the Championship anyway because of the
great body of work that year for Miles and LSU. They beat like 5 teams
in the Top 10 and Number 1 a couple of times that year. Bama sat on
their Ugly Butts and watch us battle for the SEC Trophy.
A lot of the problems this year in my opinion is the QB, Brandon Harris. He just gets shook in the big games and throws the ball all over the place until he finally settles down. But by then it is too late; we are too far behind. He was making progress in every game until Bama exposed him. He will never be a good QB unless he is able to settle down. I forgave him for Bama, but there was no excuse for his not playing better against Arkansas and Ole Miss. Maybe by next year he will settle his nerves and finally show us what he showed in High School. For the record, I called for Brandon Harris to be the starter and now I am not so sure that was a good move. Maybe Miles saw that last year in the Auburn game and that's why he sat him down all last season. Let him start against Texas A&M but next year is open competition.

"Sadie from Denton, Texas," couldn't contain her emotions Wednesday as she asked Les Miles about the keys to having a great offense.
And the LSU coach explained the importance of a talented set of players maintaining balance between the run and pass — himself seeming to juggle roles of simultaneously teaching and consoling the young fan.
Sadie wasn't alone.
The moment was somewhat of a microcosm of most of the emotional broadcast during which many Tiger faithful appeared to struggle with the potential this edition might be not only Miles' last of the regular season, but his last ever.
Speculation has snowballed throughout the past week about the 11th-year coach's job instability, with a growing sense now that his dismissal may be more a matter of "when" than "if."
